Starbucks

They continue to get my drink wrong every single time I have to come here. I’ve even got them to remake it and it still is not done right. And they have long wait times even if drinks were ordered beforehand

Me and my friends came and I usually always have a good time and they always make it so good but today wasn’t the case. We ordered our drinks and I got a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade which looked nothing like it did on the menu and half of the drink was just a refresher and the other half was foamy. My friend ordered the vanilla bean Frappuccino with dragonfruit (something like that) and she always gets it but today she didn’t like it because it tasted different and it was watery with only a little bit of whipped cream like the tiniest bit and the whipped cream was nowhere near the top and it didn’t even fill up the width of the drink because we saw spaces of the whipped cream so I don’t know what to say I might come back again because I always did and it was always so good so I’m gonna come back again to determine if it was just a mistake.

Had a small hair in my breakfast sandwich - was very upsetting. Staff is nice. Other great coffee options in the area though

Nice people, good coffee, nice place to sit with friends. I will say, though, this location gets our order wrong approximately 60% of the time in the drive thru. Is it a speaker issue? They're always very apologetic when I point out what we actually ordered and eager to correct the issue so I'm thinking equipment.

Staff was terrible. Very uneducated with the products when asked about it. Not a fan of this location. Please Train your employees

Same awful disregard for the environment here as everywhere else with this chain… cars idling in the drive through have priority over customers as the counter who turned off their cars to come inside! Shame on you Starbucks… do you care about anything really?

The best Starbucks everyone who works there is great. Extremely friendly.

This might be my new favorite Starbucks location. As a daily Starbucks person, I wanted something new, fresh, and off menu. I gave the extremely professional young man my parameters on what I wanted, nothing specific, just decaf with some whip cream, and sweet. He clearly knows his menu and put together a drink I've been ordering daily! A grand slam my guy. Thank you.

Friendly service, accurate drive thru order. Of course the drink was delicious. A bit of a wait in the drive thru - popular place! It was fun watching the dog in the car ahead get a pupachino.:)

Wait time on 21min fir 2 cafes and not specialty cafe either. No apology. Staff looked unhappy as did the 12 people waiting inside. Not going back to this shop ever

30 MINUTES! IN THE DRIVE THRU! Same girl every time… they shouldn’t have her in the drive thru if she can’t manage it…super unfriendly and unapologetic. They had to of had management changes in the last couple of months…I have never waited this long.no apology.no usually friendly banter! What gives?

Can’t beat a fresh cup of morning Java. It’s nice that they have an outdoor patio, but not so comfortable sitting next to a busy street.

Decent place. They really need to fix the drive thru situation though. Making me stick out on the road because someone is ordering for the whole family! Nonetheless they always get my order correct.
