Wonderful atmosphere, service and coffee I got was very good! I was able to use the washrooms which at the time for me were clean. I recommend this one

Wonderful, everything was perfect, the coffee and everything was good, the service was perfect, the store was well organized.

Not one vegan option for food. Absolutely ridiculous that it is 2023 and you only have vegetarian options. Not sure if you know but there are people that exist that don’t eat dead animals or calves food or chickens periods. Get with it, offer some vegan options. Attempt some accessibility!

Incredibly slow service, poorly managed, baristas don’t know what they’re doing. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

I really love this coffee house. One of the best coffee in quality at now because of the changed service system, you have to wait an unreasonably long coffee for your coffee and this is terrible!

Went into this location today planning to buy something to eat and drink with another female partner / So we needed to use the washroom first / Omg they where so filthy and one the door doesnt lock good / We ask to speak to person in charge think he said his name was issac well he came with big attitude and said he was on his break and he doesnt even have to talk to us / very rude / He didnt even say mam i will get someone to clean the washroom now for you / We can tell his break was more important than attending to the customers needs / We where both appalled that u have this person in charge / This isnt the first time he has talked rough to customers / We wont be going back to this location /I can see the washrooms are not a priority at this location

This location is usually great but one employee soured my last two visits there. The first time I was paying attention and saw them put a drink on the counter but didn’t hear my name called. They then left for break of end of shift. After a while I checked and realized it was my drink. Today, I was next in line while they were working the register. They were talking to another customer about school. They saw me and gave me a nod as if to say “just a moment sir”. I waited but they just kept talking about school. I’m a patient man but I can’t stand waiting while someone needlessly wasted my time so I left. Maybe it’s time I made the location at Dufferin and Rimrock my regular Starbucks

I asked for no ice in my drink and the barista even asked twice to confirm I wanted no ice and she didn’t make enough of my drink and ended up filling the rest of my cup with milk and now my drink just tastes like milk.

I’ve been going here for years and the service is always great! I love that they play music as it really brings the cafe vibes alive, and the baristas try their best to keep the line moving while keeping customers happy. Going here makes my day: >

Badly managed location. They don’t pay attention to clients when crowded. There is no management. I asked to put down the volume several times. They didn’t. They said that they can’t make it less than 85. Strange. Can they make it 75? Also most of the times they are out of a lot of items on the menu. It was during COVID consistently, although other location around had it.

The staff at this location is amazing. The barista this morning made a great recommendation to switch up my morning coffee. She was so energetic, upbeat, and polite. Truly grateful for these baristas that go out of their way to put a smile on customers faces.

I ordered ahead before everyone and still last in line to get my order. Learn to do things properly. Never coming back again

I went this store to get some gift cards and couple of coffees. The person taking my order was kindly trying to help me while the middle aged woman who said she was the supervisor was pretty harsh with me that I had to be quick because there was a line behind me. However, I also observed that she did not treat his employees well during the time I was sitting there.: (

My first time at this location and it didn't disappoint. There was already a group of 4 in front of me, still deciding what to order. The wait time wasn't long at all, approx 5-7 min, although the manager apologized on the group's behalf. I appreciated his professional work ethic. Definitely will be coming back!

It was great to visit this store after a few months, but was very disappointed to see the baristas talking in a different language about me. Canada is a multicultural place and I love that about the country, but to have baristas laughing about me in tagalog seemed highly unprofessional. It wasnt like this before. Very disappointed.

DISCUSSING PEOPLE WORK IN THIS LOCATION. ESPECIALLY THE GENTLE MAN WHO HAS PINK HAIR! I have a mask exemption and have been going to this location for months now without an issue and when I went in the last time I was faced with discrimination and harrassment.was told I have to wait to outside for my drink AFTER I PAID I said no I wont be.preseeded to yell at me and got one of his co workers to come into my face and tried to grab my stroller and push me out.
I stood my ground and waited for my coffee and will now be pressing charges against the location for harrassment (verbal and physical). I will never support any Starbucks location now.

Awful experience. The barista on bar didn’t have a name tag, but he had pink hair and earrings. When handing off my drinks, he made one spill and didn’t fix the lid that now had coffee all over it. I asked for a new lid and his solution was to throw a new lid ON TOP OF THE ONE THAT HAD COFFEE ON IT…? Can someone enlighten me how that would solve the problem? Does he think people just drink out of two lids? One that isn’t even properly on, and one that has coffee all over it?

When asking for stoppers, he said “no” in a flat tone and didn’t even look at me. Extremely rude. Didn’t really interact with the two other baristas there, though whoever warmed up my sandwich did forget the sriracha.

No connections and no smiles. Will not be returning.

Busy location but the line moves fast. Staff were super friendly. One of the best locations I've been to. Currently limited inside seating.

I ordered the green tea frap theough Ubereats and it was without a straw I'm having it with a spoon. It tastes good anyway.

One of the staff was very impatient and answering on behalf to queries loudly directed to the serving staff.

Nice place but baristas are not kind.

Went and ordered latte had my dog in car and the server gave me small cup with whipcream. That was above and beyond great staff I always tip them

Busy place since it's in the Sheppard and Bathurst location.
So far the service is fast. Clean, never overcrowded.

Good. What is it with Starbucks and A/C? It was 17 deg.outside and the A/C was running full blast. It was a freezer inside.
