Food service was very fast and efficient.
Drink service was terrible, I waited over 25 mins for a drink because I ordered a Frappuccino I guess I was less important and was skipped over by 5-10customers. Cashier was great and food server. Very disappointed, I won't be back to this location. On top of that when I asked the Barista why my drink was being skipped she gave me attitude.
Atmosphere was terrible garbage cans over flowing and sanitizers all empty.

Always love Starbucks. Especially I love the refreshers and the variety of hot drinks too.

Waited 15 minutes for a drip coffee! Would have gone elsewhere if I knew it was that disorganized.

Baristas Duncan & Erik were absolutely wonderful. Duncan has such a dynamic personality, and both are so friendly.
Both were very knowledgeable and professional.
I'm not a coffee drinker, so I enjoy their Cold Frappuccinos, Frozen Lemonades, Chai Tea Lattes, and their Brownies are delicious.
Highly recommend.

Don’t understand why I can’t get full amount of the drinks I supposed to get with the same size. I asked the staff and she told me that what it is. I mean really? ! This is not my first time ordering. This store is definitely not recommended!

I called in advance to buy a Vanilla Syrup bottle, the worker confirmed I can come in to purchase one. Once I arrived the employee said they don’t have any in stock and couldn’t sell me one. She was very unprofessional and her explanation was “some coworkers can’t do their job right”.

Unmannered staff, customer service is horrendous. This is my local Starbucks and I go here very often. Please get new staff members to make the experience enjoyable for the customers. Only nice person I’ve met was Koko.

I was the only one ordering, no mobile orders in progress, 3 staff members.it took 20 minutes to get my single drink order

I purchased 4 drinks from this location today and I dropped them as soon as I got to my car. I went back to purchase them again and the store manager didn’t charge me for them. What a fantastic service, made my day!

Customer service was very bad. I asked for Coffee Traveller and they told me they don't serve it and also told me to go to Tim Hortons to get a coffee box instead.
Absolutely disgusting.
Never will I go to that location again.

Worst location ever. Coffee is always cold. When u ask for extra cream, coffee is still black. Never polite, never smile. Want to get better coffee with better service, you better go to 1914 bank street location - it’s 1 KM away, but service is much better.

Absolutely fantastic—the worst I‘ve ever seen. This is the best Starbucks with the most awful customers ever. Most of the staff are good except for that one person. My coffee was cold because it was an iced coffee. They don’t have hot Frappuccinos which really ruined my day.

Fantastic customer service, and drink & food perfect! I did a mobile order so I can pick up quickly and continue on working. My order was ready on time. My drink (vanilla sweet cream cold brew) was perfectly made, not too sweet or bitter. And the service was fantastic. Extremely friendly and respectful!

Sorry! But my experience was not very good. As usual I started a small talk, but got a sarcastic reply. Not a starbucks experince, found one of the staff to be very grumpy.

I went to order a peppermint drink that Starbucks is constantly advertising before Christmas and they advised they were out of peppermint already?

Double Dolce Latte and I’m feeling BASIC AF.always very fast, very quick friendly service. Highly recommend if you have the budget for it!

I lined up, I ordered, I payed, I waited, I tasted, I smiled. That's about how it it goes:) I got a venti americano with sf vanilla and oat milk. Great low calorie (guilt free) drink. I'll be back.

This Starbucks brand is horrible and their coffee is terrible. And tried different things like strawberry/banana smoothie, which are even worse. I don't recommend that one at all.

I'm sorry that I have to give you a 3-star this time like always I always say if you going to use the cream you'll may have to invest in a creamer so you know what's 1 + 2 + 3 creams are because every time I go and ask her to creme Savers Billy cream in there and for some reason the blonde coffee is always lukewarm it's not hot like your other copies so I don't know but you may have to take that out

Love there London fog, and love trying there special unique seasonal drinks like the unicorn one

I asked for something that tastes like a plain coffee I was greeted with an ignorant comment of well which one I was pretty well willing to take any coffee because I just wanted to talk to you but after that comment I didn't get one and I Won't Go Back

Starbucks is great and all, but just once I'd like to not feel like I'm a jerk when I don't entirely know the ever changing menu.

Meh everytime I get something here it is always average tasting. Average taste should have an average price

Had a Caramel Brulée Frappuccino. It was very good. I found it was a little more watered down than usual. The girl who made it seemed to be new but all in all, the other staff were supportive of her and helped correct any mistakes she might have made. She was awesome. The team was great. Would recommend.

The service at this location is always excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere and the service.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting this location. Baristas are very friendly and the wait is never too long especially for one that’s attached to a Indigo.

Usually staff is nice but today a staff member with attitude! Coffee is expensive compared to other real coffee places. Way too many people doing their homework, work etc on computers, so hard to get a table just to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Usually very busy, especially during peak hours at Chapters, but I've never had an issue with my order and the staff are fairly quick.

It was fine. Maybe it's just me but I struggle to justify paying $5+ for a coffee. I only go if it's the only option.

Second time this week mobile order messed up. Won't answer the phone so I can tell them about it either. Not only wrong sticker on the coffee but this one was only filled 2" below rim. Do yourself a favour and open lid before leaving.

The only difference between this Starbucks and any other is the service. It was amazing for me and my family.

The service is lousy, and the smell of coffee is overwhelming, but it attracts a lot of people.

Great place to study as most tables have plugs near them. The staff is fun to be around, and they’re very nice about people staying there for a long time. I just wish there were more seats, because it’s usually tough to find a spot or two.

Ordered two drinks and both were made wrong. Asked for a iced drink and received a hot one, and asked for no ice in the other and received basically a full cup of ice. Staff seemed like they were not loving life. Surprising for a SB in a Chapters.

Every time I get there it appears that everybody is there to read free magazines and work from computers. 30 people, 30 computers.little bit annoying.people behind counter top are the greatest baristas ever.love them.

Very slow service. It doesn't look like there was enough staff to accommodate the Saturday morning crowd.

It's a Starbucks. About what you'd expext. This one is busier than most so expect a little bit of a wait.

Coffee drinkers can generally expect crazy-long lineups at this popular location; it's almost always busy & finding a seat can be difficult, if you're hoping to stay.
That said, I am always served by some of the friendliest & loveliest staff, most of whom I've never even seen without a smile, and my sometimes complicated orders have always been made both correctly & well!
If you don't mind not sitting at Starbucks to enjoy your drink, you have all of Chapters at your feet, and you're welcome to stroll around, takeaway cup in hand, perusing their books and beautiful items at your leisure (this is among my most favourite things to do).
