This store is right next to Chapters so very convenient. Starbucks all have the same menu, so what makes one different is the staff and how relaxed you feel sitting talking to friends. We found the staff and atmosphere here particularly great. It had a cosy feeling. As well, the washrooms were very clean and when I mentioned this, a staff member told me they check them every hour since it is a busy store!

Each of you should be ashamed for the way you treat the disabled employee at this location - your parents obviously didn't raise any of you right and you clearly all grew up in a barn. Starbucks corporate needs to look into diversity, acceptance and inclusion training for all staff and the manager at this location, immediately. KUDDOS to the one female employee who is always kind, caring and compassionate towards this one individual.

Starbucks in Canada is not asnpppular as in U. S, they have their own Tim Hortons, si they are usually hit and miss! This one is one of the better ones I have been to in Toronto

Nice place within Chapters. The lines can get a little long at times, but the staff really do their best to get through all the drink orders while providing great customer service.

The staff was Careless and RUDE for nothing! The lady made me to wait for my order for no reason when it was already ready to pickup. Still I waited and it seemed they lost my order and I’m going to stand there forever. When I checked again they gave me the same one which was sitting on the counter for over 10 mins. When I tried to explain they ignored and was rude to me for no reason! I don’t visit your store just to face the arrogance of your staff.
Had I seen the reviews before, I would have steered clear form this store. Not a surprise!

The manager and the employees do not treat their disabled employee like a human being. Instead, they just ignore him. Would never come to this location and I would recommend others to follow suit.

What unprofessional and gross behavior towards a coworker the staff has is unbelievable discrimination towards a coworker. It does not matter if he is a disabled individual, the fact that your staff can't be decent towards him and accept him as he perfectly is, is not okay. Have a good long talk with them or the corporate of Starbucks needs to throw you out with your passive aggressive behavior of an manager that you saddly are. Disgusted and utterly shocked of this behavior.

It is one thing for your employees to be ignorant but the team leader/location manager should be above acting like a bully.

Guys don’t get me wrong, I come to this Starbucks almost every week and I’ve never had a bad experience here but today the cashier Stevie, scolded at me for picking up my pre-paid order and she told me the line is “here”. With an angry face, then I said that I already ordered and she said “okay so you have to wait! ” and she looked so annoyed. I’m sorry but customer service is customer service. At least try and be nice! Or don’t say anything at all, jheez.

U know what u need to do, have a long chat with your employees and the manager about discrimination, and how to treat people through empathy. I'd hate for you to bully a disabled customer, or another new hire. Do better, one girl was very sweet and treated her coworker how he deserved to be treated. Maybe have her teach that lesson.

Seen a video on tik tok about how the employees at this location (besides 1) mistreats disabled staff members. Get off your high horse, you literally work at an overpriced garbage coffee shop. You just mix things into coffee to call them different things. Do better! I hope that disabled boys mother finds out and presses a discrimination suit.

Do NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. Star bucks should be ashamed! Allowing there employees to treat disabled people differently! Only implementing a "training sensitivity day". You can't train people to have a heart or be a decent human and treat everyone with dignity and respect. This is DISGUSTING! That manager should be fired and other employees should truly be looked into. I will be letting my friends and family know that they should NOT go to this Starbucks EVER again. If you think that what those employees did to someone disabled or how the management or corporate handled that situation will go unoticed you are truly and sadly mistaken! I ordered a Green tea latte and a Frappuccino with double coffee shots. They were both too light. We could only taste the milk. But when I told them they fixed right away.

I’ve received the wrong drink 2 separate times now from this location. The first time we ordered 2 salted caramel cold brew and they gave us coffees with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I tried calling the location 7 times and got a busy signal every single time, never reaching anyone. The second time we ordered the brown sugar shaken oat drink and we got a cup of oat milk with no cinnamon and I would assume not near the 3 shots it should have based on the white colour of the drink. This time I went back in to acknowledge the mistake and they made me the exact same drink after I waited for a second time in a 20 minute line. We also grabbed a straw for ourselves as there is no sign that says not to and they are within reach to which one of the associates said “you need to ask us for those” I said “sorry about that” and she followed up with “now we’re supposed to throw all of these out because you touched them” I apologized again, very embarrassed after being reprimanded in front of approx 10 other customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Had difficulties with the app and wasn’t able to add my gift card. Gentleman at the cash helped me out and got that issue fixed within seconds!

I went to get the kiwi star drink but unfortunately out of stock.but the nice gentleman gave me a better upgrade: dragon fruit drink with coconut! Couldn’t be more pleased with the choice!

Efficient staff and very knowledgeable people! Thanks again I’ll definitely be back!

I placed an order with a barista named Jenn and she was beyond friendly and definitely made my day. I changed one of the orders and she helped me out a ton. Definitely one of the best members on the staff! Also Iced Caramel Brûlée Latte with sweet cream >>>

Drove long to pick up one item that wasn't available near my place, only to be told that they were out-of-stock too. Disappointed that they couldn't inform inventory levels at the time of placing order (like other Starbucks stores did)

Nice place within the Chapters. But my experience has been hit or miss. I find my beverages to be inconsistently made. For example, White Chocolate Mocha lack chocolate or too much espresso. Other than that, everything ok.

I go to this location a couple times week for a mid day tea and/or snack. The location is busy but I am still able to place and get my order in a reasonable amount of time. I like that this location is inside a chapters so I can browse the store for a bit too.

This location is phenomenal with incredible service and workers that are quick as a machine. I have never walked into a Starbucks store and felt greeted and welcomed like this one. The staff truly makes this environment "the third place". Very friendly and welcoming team. My drinks are always made so perfect and the team goes above and beyond to make my experience great. If there ever is a misunderstanding, the staff does everything in their power to ensure I leave the store happy. I recommend this location 100% if you are looking for 10/10 service.

I went there for a coffee with my daughter and granddaughter and every seat was occupied by someone with a laptop. There was nowhere to sit and nobody offered my daughter and her baby a seat. How about a reserved area for family?

Quick, my mobile order was waiting for me when I walked in.

Re: menu. The honey lavender was surprisingly not my favorite seasonal offering even though I love lavender flavored things (not their fault- it was made perfectly). It was bitter and unbalanced and I actually couldn't drink it and threw it out. Boo to corporate on this one.

But the location is clean and efficient and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm sure if they had been less busy we would've laughed about the weird concoction and they would have made me something else. As it was I didn't even bring it up. Would go again if I'm in the area.

Always the same Starbucks but the coffee is really good.
The servers is young people and you need figure out because is full all the time, specially in the mornings and sunset.
People come to work and is no place to seat.

Worst customer service from workers here. They’re too busy giggling and socializing pretending they’re training. Sarcastic attitude from the employees. Learn how to train your employees to be more respectful to customers. No line up and I was waiting a bit too long for a small order.
