Starbucks

I like this location. The staff are always very friendly. My only issue is every time I order an iced shaken espresso drink it’s only filled a third of the way so I had to stop ordering them. The photo below is how it was handed to me.

I went through the drive-through, and I ordered some thing new, and they took the time to explain what was in it, while being so friendly and kind. Then at the window while waiting for my second beverage, the girl made very friendly conversation. A second girl brought me my drink, and was the most friendly experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this location left a very good impression on me

That kept on messing up my order I order strawberry matcha and that gave me strawberry acai lemonade

So happy Shelburne has finally gotten a Starbucks and not just any Starbucks, a wonderfully staffed and managed one! Everyone is so gracious and Stephanie is so sweet, and has made sure to introduce herself. She takes pride in her store and the staffing and it and shows! Barista's really know their stuff, went in for one drink, didn't have something to make it but were quick to make something super similar if not better for me and with a smile! Been through the drive thru several times already and compared to another drive thru in town that has been open for much longer- they were speedy and amazing! Great spot for a coffee loving mama!

This was my first experience in a Starbucks, I must say I was genuinely impressed by amazing level of customer service! Great team work fast and efficient. Ryan was extremely friendly and ensured my coffee was made to my satisfaction.

Pathetic experience and extremely slow service. There were 6 people working and it still took them 10 minutes to warm the food and hand it over. The people working were literally just roaming around. No one had an idea of what they were doing.

Its so disappointing considering this is my closest Starbucks within an hour…
customer service was excellent! The only thing is every single drink I have got from this Starbucks, since they opened, there has always been something wrong with my drink, every time. Ranges from no vanilla cold foam, no syrups and not substituting for dairy alternatives plus these are all extra charges they add on… Extremely disappointed, today I wasted an extra $3.00 for no reason.

Update- Don’t go there. You’ll waste your time and money. 20 minute wait for 2 drinks today, they messed up the order, fixed it and all of our replacements were wrong once again.
