Starbucks

This Starbucks still have the It's-not-my-job-why-should-I-do-it syndrome. It takes 1 second to help a customer if their order is ready. Instead I get INMJWSISI syndrome. I blame it on the management with poor training on their employees. This day and age, you figure it's standard to be helpful to customers. Just have to check the name and hand the order over to customer.

This is my new favourite location because of the team member, Grace! She turned my day around! Thank you so much!

They gave me a spoiled strawberry in strawberry lemonade and it was rotten but the banana bread is good and those two things are expensive, i don't want to pay so much for a rotten strawberry again

A mature lady behind the counter misbehave me early in the morning. I could not find sweetener on the counter. Then I saw them beside the delivery table. There was no sign of “office use only” or “do not take sugar pack without permission”. When I took sweetener a rude voice approached to my ears. “Next time ask us “. I felt embarrassed. I returned the sweetener pack. I asked her to give me three sweetener. Again she said” are you sure, 3 sweetener “. If this sweetener cost a lot to Starbuck you should charge us for that. Very bad start of the day. Very bad costumer service.

Me and my friend went and had a lot of fun even though we stayed for only a bit the costumer service is absolutely amazing we got our orders both in under 5 minutes, I highly recommend it.

Not a long wait, service was timely. Drinks were decent. They are doing everything right. Only thing I noticed was that the place didn't have as strong a coffee smell as most Starbucks have.

Always friendly & welcoming. Too bad the food assortment has diminished post pandemic Missing de of my favorites
