Just had a great experience! Sydney is awesome and totally went the extra mile giving us a sample! Love the atmosphere!

Ordered on the Starbucks app it took over 20-25 minutes they served every person who walked in before fulfilling the online orders. I asked why it was taking so long for my order and received the BIGGEST attitudes I’ve ever received in Starbucks history! Then 2 of the baristas we’re bashing me in front of customers mocking me for asking about my order talking to them about “rude” customers to HUMILIATE me. I wasn’t disrespectful whatsoever check your video footage, PLEASE. I’m making a formal complaint to head office. This is unacceptable and I will take my business to Williamsburg where the baristas are AMAZING, kind and friendly. The one with the Tarantula eyelashes, stood there didn’t even help her colleagues with orders just kept complaining out loud about her job. So unprofessional!

I just went to this starbucks like 20 mins ago (12pm may 29) and this lovely younger guy made my strawberry açai lemonade with fruit in it by accident when i asked for it without.he made me a brand new one but let me take home both! It made my whole day and he deserves all the best things in life to happen to him.

Best drinks, too expensive. Cost me $7.50 for medium iced coffee with some artificial vanilla flavoring. It's covid why do these places for the wealthy stay open. Who can afford it? People are off work and afraid. At least try to pretend you are part of the same society I am from. Close it like everything else is closed.

Protocols in place. Clean facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Staff get to know you and what you order. Great place to go.

This is the best starbucks in Kitchener-Waterloo the staff is absolutely fabulous! So welcoming the moment you open the door. What a spectacular group of personalities and amazing people

Amazing staff and amazing drinks! I practically come every day and they always greet me with a smile whether it is 6am or 8pm! I have to give a shoutout to Josh, Talia, Brandon, and Willow! Everyone at this Starbucks are so great but they do stand out and make my Starbucks experience much better! Thank you so so much:)

The staff here just talked about their party from the night before, after three attempts from the crew and manager… they still couldn’t make a DRY cappuccino (my cup was full of milk and heavy). My brown sugar oat shaken espresso was also made incorrectly, very poor service and even worse coffee!

They never get my name right: p but my drinks are always delicious! Today there was a line up of 5 or 6 people in front of me. It might as well have only been one person, as the lineup moved so quickly and smoothly, including online order pickups coming in. They were out of my go-to strawberry coconut drink, so the barista suggested an alternative that was equally tasty and refreshing in the heat. Something kiwi? Kudos to the staff at this location. I hope you guys know how much better you make the day.
