Starbucks

I'm editing my review. When I said I was never coming back, well I got talked into it. The server went above and beyond to make our drinks and the effort was so very much appreciated. Friends tell me that there's been a change in staff and it's now a super-friendly, always-makes-it-right location. So please ignore the rest of this.
First and last time coming here. Was overlooked by Megan for (exactly) 10 minutes, then told off like a child for not speaking up. Then I got dirty looks and attitude when I asked for my coffees, which had been sitting there the whole time (mobile order), to be remade. Megan should not be working in customer service.

The worst Starbucks. Full of flies and dirt. Your order will likely be missed and mistaken.

It's a completely average Starbucks, in a little stand-alone building, in a strip mall, in the most milquetoast of GTA suburbs.but the drive-thru staff are so spectacular that I'm 100% convinced this place gets extra business because of it. Everyone knows Starbucks locations tend to have above-average customer service (at least in Canada), but this place is a whole level above that.

Only reason I can't give this place five stars is because the dining area is kinda miserable.not an inviting place to stick around and have a drink with friends, and probably a bit too noisy for laptop warriors. Oh well. Stick with the drive-thru, folks.

Whoever you have on the drive thru speaker and at the window is absolutely AMAZING! He definitely had me leaving in such a great mood. Please pass this on to him (Jan 7th at 10am)

Least favorite location. Maybe I'm spoiled by the other locations over-the-top customer service. Baristas always chatting with each other before noticing me. Put in a mobile order to avoid that situation again only to have the order completely wrong. But it's the closest place to kid's activities so ‍️

I had the most wonderful drive-thru experience with Susan! She made my day with her cheery demeanour! So lovely. Thank you Susan!

I come to this Starbucks location almost everyday and order my usual order which is the Americano. I would like to say that Bree has exceptional customer service. She always has positive energy, always smiling, super nice and even on the days she's not working at the window she will always come and say "hi" to me and leave a note on my cup. I usually get my order at the drive-thru and the odd times I will go in. I never had the Starbcks Rewards and Bree mentioned the benefits of having it and she convinced me to get it. I am so happy I did and I would like to say thank you for that and always providing really great service. I would also like to say that all the other staff members have great service as well but unfortunately I don't know everyone's name. I have been to many Starbucks locations and this one has to be one of the best. Always great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend this location.
