There are a lot of people. The prices are high, about 50% higher than a regular Starbucks.

Very good location, service, and drinks!
I went here today and the prices were quite elevated (due to tourism) but it was still ok, since I understand the whole tourism prices thing. The staff were lovely! I was asked about every little detail for my drink by the barista while she was making my drink and I really appreciated that! The barista also tried to have a short conversation, which I appreciated very much! My drink was hot and made perfectly. Customer service here is amazing! 5 stars, would recommend!

They would not make me a pour over, stating that they do not because it’s a Starbucks in a hotel.

Don't go to this branch. You can set your own price. The Starbucks mug right next door costs $18, but this place alone costs $30. Drinks are also expensive. Don't ever go there. They don't even give you a refund

Poor quality service. I was waiting 20 minutes cause they forgot my order BUT it’s around 10 people on this small area and they getting lost

Alright, I get it, It's a tourism region.but I seriously doubt that other chain stores
(McDonald's) can do the same thing.

Starbucks is getting too ridiculously overpriced. I got two drinks, one grande latte and one tall latte, $18. ‍️

The quality of the drink is not that great, totally not worth it.

The service was great, the staff were amazing and very friendly. It’s not their fault Starbucks is greedy and sell poor quality products.

I wanted to see the tumblers/cups because I love to, and to my surprise the tags they always have on the bottom with the price in USD and CAD WERE LITERALLY RIPPED OFF FROM ALL OF THEM. That was a red flag, so sketchy to me, I just had to ask. I’ve seen the same cups ALL OVER TORONTO and they are about 32$ (CAD), but when I asked the girl she said: 57$ (CAD) …I went like: WHAAAATTTT? I couldn’t help it! I said: how is this possible? The big ones are about 32$ everywhere and you want to charge me 57? Are you insane? Is this even legal? Hope I had pictures. They were even selling the FREE reusable cups Starbucks was giving away on Nov 17th.

Management ought to look at the rehiring for this location again - barista really hates serving people, regardless of look.
My drink was basic, tasted fine. Partner's had wrong ingredients and remade wrong again.

Cashier lady was alright. Barista was uncourteous to put it lightly.

$15 for two small hot chocolates filled about 3/4 full. At least the hot chocolate tasted pretty good,

Should've read the reviews before getting my coffee here. This. Isn't. Starbucks. I've never had such terrible latte at such an inflated price at any other Starbucks in this world. I asked for 2 shots of espresso in a tall soy latte. It tasted like watered down hot soy milk - how's that possible? ! And that costs close to $10. Ridiculous. Now I need to find some real coffee, if that exists in this tourist trap.

7.50 for a coffee. WAY to expensive. Sure Starbucks is the expensive coffee spot but for a black Americano, you have to give me a break. They said it was "resort" prices and that's why it's so over priced.

The WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD AND THE MOST EXPENSIVE! We paid for $9 for an half empty cup of coffee that even doesnt taste like the normal drink i get from any other starbucks store! I dont even acknowledge the starbucks app and you dont get any stars or points for the worst expensive coffee

When you have time, fine, when not, not fine. Leaved the Coffee there instead drinking it!

$8 for a drink that costs $4 everywhere else on earth.

This is a terrible Starbucks. As others have mentioned the pricing is at least double anywhere else. Almost 7 dollars for a croissant. They don’t let you use the app to place your order so you have to line up forever than once you pay you go around to the other side and then wait about half an hour for your order to be ready. We paid with gift card which they gladly took yet they said they can’t refill it because they aren’t a corporate store. $50 for breakfast for 2 people.

This is a privately owned store with rude staffs. They charge extra for every drink. Latte - $10.
Cup of water - $1.2, extra cup - $1.
Simply not worth it. Go for the Tim nearby

Best starbucks ever! Staff was so friendly and made my drinks so good. It was my first time trying fraps, and I loved the one that girl suggested me. Recommend to everyone who's visiting falls

This starbucks is the worst i have been too ever. The staff specifically the evening staff are soo rude, ontop of that i went to order and the guy said "we closed early because its slow" that is not how it should work. Very rude and do not recommend all.

Worst Starbucks experience to date. The staff has so much attitude when a customizing order is asked. I’m paying for the modifications in my drink and would’ve appreciated those to be made accordingly. When the concern was brought up I was given attitude and spoken I’ll about in another language that I understood. Really disappointed

As other people mentioned, the price at this Starbucks location is roughly $3 more than normal price. And be aware, this place charges the Niagara Falls destination fee without asking (shows as LF on your receipt). You are going to pay more than $10 for a small cup of drink half filled with ice.

Not to mention I saw three people left their almost-full drink beside the garbage bin.

Was told there would be a 15 minute wait to have any of their microwaved hot food so left without any breakfast and had to go elsewhere to find food.

My friend was made to wait for her croissants which she did not want warmed while they ran the microwave for other people's hot food because the staff said "that's how it works".

Unimpressed by the service and general lack of courtesy from the girls working the microwave/making drinks.

Terrible location. Rude staff, coffee that tastes like water and double the price of other locations. In addition they charge a location fee for being inside the Sheraton. I thought there was a mistake on my bill when 2 tall pikes cost $10. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst experience ever! Its very shameful to say that our Indian people were working there but their attitude was too bad. Asked them for tap water they refused to give. When we having our coffee they were laughing and making fun of people.

They don’t give you points when you use your starbucks card and they charge $1 for tap water. Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to.
