Tried first time and amazing service and coffee as well and the best customer service by ANDREW

Worst experience on drive thru.ordered 3 coffees but the server took the wrong order and gave me wrong drink when I ask for my order. He started argument with me. NOT EXPECTING THIS FROM STARBUCKS.

Waited at the counter for minutes while 6 employees ignored me, noone else was in line, noone at the drive through either, just ignoring me, and after all that the machine is asking for a tip. Im sorry but absolutely no.

Honestly one of the worst drive thru experiences ever. Don’t understand how it can take well over 20 mins to get my order when there’s only two cars ahead of me and they take an order once the previous cars are done. Outrageous.

Syd was so amazing. He helped me at the drive through and had amazing customer service, he asked how I was doing and if I had any plans for the day. Amazing service, thank you syd!

I went last week with my son he enjoys the cake pops. I had $50 bills only and the manager was amazing I believe his name was Andrew and he offered it to him for free which was such a nice gesture. We always love going here as it’s close from home and have some good vibes. Thanks Andrew!

When they have mentioned that store is open till 10pm. It does not make sense for it to not allow walk in at around 9: 30pm. Then for hours it should say 9: 30pm

No lineup for once at the drive thru but the kid who was at the drive thru window named Aahil was too busy on his phone talking to someone to help take my order. Even after I’m at the window I see him listening to some audio and has his phone by his ear as he’s getting my drink…. KIDS like this need to be fired - this location needs to do better with their recruiting process

You're not just paying for their drinks, love my Soy Green Tea latte, you're paying customer service.

Staff are cool and friendly, but during school hours. Make sure you order online or go through drive thru or else you' re just gonna be annoyed with the amount of kids and the noise that comes with them.

Tea chai latte amazing, staff very friendly and I always get puppuccino for my dog and buy tumbler from them. Pumpkin spice latte very tasty. Thanks to all staff.service wise soooo good

My name is Pardeep. I did my pre order picked up 1010 am sep 29. My tea was half in grande cups and staff did racism with me when i try to complain. Worst Starbucks service ever.

Always a great coffee and friendly staff. Only thing is the drive thru can be a bit slow at times.

Worst experience ever. Always messes up the order. I ordered a brown sugar oat americano and they sent a normal americano with no milk. Never order from this location

Oh my gosh! This Starbucks has been renovated and it is beautiful! I also always feel so well taken care of by very respectful, friendly, and interested barristas. This group should teach others how to do this very busy, yet important job. And my iced Americano was awesome.

I feel bad for the employees. They are clearly very short staffed. Every time you go through the drive thru you are forced to wait a minimum of 15 minutes even if you preorder your drink. The upside is that everyone is always polite when interacting with you.

Very slow service. The wait felt so long, even though I placed a mobile order for just one coffee. I was standing there for a while but the staff never acknowledged me. When the barista placed my coffee on the counter, I said "thank you, " but she never responded. The customer service here used to be great but not anymore. I will say that the coffee tasted excellent, but it wasn't the customer service that Starbucks is known for.

Slow service, Incorrect order and overcharged. Cashier was kind but if everything is wrong, it doesn’t matter.

Why is the music SUPER LOUD.its not a club we are going to. I understand that music is important for everyone's mood but some guests come in for online meetings. I couldn't hear my interviewee at all. I had to reschedule the interview. Just a suggestion to lower the music a little bit. It would be more considerate.

Worse location. Please don’t go, I am being taken to the hospital as I write this review. After mentioning 50 times that I am allergic to dairy, they still gave me dairy based milk.

Ordered through drivethrough. She gave me someone else's order. Went the second time and the coffee was a complete disaster. Somebody please train these employees. Getting a coffee order right is not that difficult!

My favorite place for coffee, visit this location once or twice a week. Team is really good and welcoming, they take pride in what they do.
