The cashier went beyond and above to make a tik tok drink for my children. Very patient and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

This location is a must for when I'm heading out of town. It's usually quite busy however the staff is friendly, calm and quick.

Exactly a "man in his fifties" 90-minute hike from the parking lot on the 7th line. Great place to hike to, refuel, freshen up, and continue on The Bruce Trail OR hike back to your car revived.

What a pleasant surprise as we hike the Bruce Trail and saw this location right on our path! The Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was so soothing

I asked for a iced hazelnut latte cali style bc you know I love my caramel. My drink had 0 caramel what so ever and my drink was warm… Starbucks is not cheap. I went back and asked for some to be drizzled on top. That’s when the girl working said she’d had to remake the drink as if it was the biggest inconvenience…I think her name was neha.uhmmm isn’t that your job if it wasn’t done the first time? It really didn’t seem like she liked working there. I’ve worked in customer service for years and that’s not how I would treat a customer. Terrible experience, I would hate to come back and see her again.

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever visited and I have visited many. I tried to order on three separate occasions and all 3 occasions I had issues. One issue in particular was one evening I went in to order a drink and I decided to run to the bathroom first. On my way to bathroom I feel an employee grab my arm and say hey you have to leave we are closed. I was so confused first of all the fact that someone grabbed my arm and second that I was being spoken to that way. She then said they forgot to lock the door and that they were closed. Ok that’s not my fault your lights are on and the door is unlocked? The store looked open. So why not approach me nicely!? Who does that? I should have called the police on them for assault.

The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming. A lovely start to one's day!
