Starbucks

A neighborhood coffee shop. Baristas usually remember you, even if you only come once a month, and try to remember your order. Easy going good service.

This review is for the staff at this location, and in no way a review of Starbucks Corporate. I gotta hand it to them, the staff here is great. There is one gentleman who is so friendly and nice, and attempts to strike up a conversation when I come in. Starbucks Corporate: stand down and cease your resistance against the unionization.

Yesterday I ordered 1 Venty Matcha Frap in Trenta cup. And ask for Classic syrups instead of Cane Liquid sugar. He said that he could not do it. But how can? I ordered it many times, not the first time. He was so rude with me. I was so disappointed with his customer service. His name tag is Ben (Asian guy)

Always super friendly staff (especially local legend James!) and of course great coffee

I bought grande hot chocolate this evening. I opened the lid to stir my chocolate syrup. But look it! Maybe just 2/3 cup. What a shame!

Stopped by for coffee and bite on rainy Saturday. It was not too busy and service was friendly and quick.

Honestly, best barista crew in the city. Always so welcoming and lovely.
