Great coffee, poor customer service (at least on this visit).
No customers in-store, some drive-thru customers, but 4 staff members working behind the counter. One making beverages, one cleaning, two standing, leaning against the counter discussing the shift schedule, and swearing amongst themselves.
Finally, I interrupted their conversation to ask if they could take my order. Queue the standard perky Starbucks barrista personality at this time.
Store is always clean and welcoming, and coffee is always delicious. Just happens that they missed the mark on service on this visit.

It's a Starbucks, like many Starbuckses. Just glad we have one close by.

Upon going to this Starbucks a few more times, I do have to say the parking layout is not ideal, you'll know what I'm talking about when you go in the winter and it's a little busier.
In the winter and when it gets busy, you sometimes have to wait for cars to exit before going in due to the layout of the parking lot, it just a bit of a tight setup, not the parking stalls (they're pretty generous in this area compared to city parking) but where you enter/exit from is sometimes interesting.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly there! They also make the drinks perfectly every time:) so happy Starbucks is in Embrun!

We went to this location twice in one day and both times our drink order was incorrect. The first time the cream they used was curdled and the second time they made both our drinks incorrectly. Understanding this is a new location and there may be some errors but perhaps more training is in order. Starbucks isn’t cheap, very disappointing.

Excellent service, good coffee. While I was ordering my latte, a girl from the stuff went out to play with my dog, whom I tied to the patio fence. Another girl brought him a treat. Very good customer experience.
I hope they build a pedestrian access to the coffee shop from the bike path at some point.

Apparently my opinion doesn’t matter when i want to make my drink, so I get forced a ‘suggestion’.
