To the beautiful Barista Cassie (if I am not mistaken) that gave me this today! You are the best

Monkeys can even do a better job than the baristas that work there. They don’t even know store policy or anything about the rewards system and the manager is completely useless. They take so long serving drinks so by the time you get it the drink is already watered down or just made incorrectly. Go to another location for your own sanity! Horrible horrible.

Would give it 0 if I could. 3 employees behind the counter and they could only serve 1 person at a time.

Worst location ever! The baristas are incompetent and don’t know how to do their job right and they refused to give me the drink that I PAID FOR. Go to any other location. And the manager is aloof.

So the drinks are usually good except for today no dragon fruit for drinks we walk in store 15 minutes to even get to order our drinks then 10 more to get them listen the place is usually good and not so long of wait the date is Sunday 230 pm may 28th so you know the time frame for manager today took way to long for the line and drinks drinks are good staff usually good
