The taste of the drinks are inconsistent. Every member makes the drink differently. What I am upset about is on top their drinks being overly expensive they have now started charing for non dairy substitutes. That's awful! Now a latte costs us over $6 really? To be completely transparent the coffee doesn't even taste that great. No wonder all the stores are now almost empty even on the weekends. On top of everything the sends message for tipping. I hate it!

Legit has no food - asked for three items at 10am in the morning and they didn’t have it. All were breakfast items, not sure who is handling the inventory orders at this location but clearly needs a little assistance. Long wait times for a store not selling much as well

Only used the drive thru so I cannot comment on the indoor experience.but service is always quick and pleasant.

Always go to this location for their mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, this time my order wasn't made right so i went back to the staff who took my order to remake my order, well i was surprised while trying to explained her my concern she just said to me " I haven't made your order sir". I wasn't expecting such a comment from Starbuck who is know to their excel customer service, it doesn't matter who messed up the order but rather fix the problem. Front staffs definitely need re-training.

The experience with this store was Amazing when I first moved to Milton over the summer. The staff were Polite and had genuine conversations and they remade my drink when I simply said it wasnt that good. However over the last couple of months I haven't seen my regular baristas. The new people here lack the Starbucks charisma and don't really care anymore. Today, I ordered a drink with sweet cream cold foam. When I was passed my $8 drink they forgot to add the sweet cream cold foam. Maria was like let me refund you and charge you again, rather than owning the mistake and fixing it. My original payment was by my startbucks card and was also an issue to refund. She made it a point that I remember to correctly order my drink and that I should've asked for it before. The interaction was pretty awkward after that and made me feel uneasy. Will be going to another location. I miss the old workers who went above and beyond. Maria does not know how to deal with customers.

Maria has horrible customer service. Refusing to make my drink how I like when every other Starbucks is more than happy to accommodate requests to the drink… poor service could use better baristas

Just reading the comment before mine and I second the watered down drinks. I have been coming to this location daily for over a year and they seem to periodically water down their iced coffees.

The past two days, both iced coffees were mostly water and then have to drive to the other location to get it made correctly.

Wont be coming back to this location as I have spent too much money on their water.

Very friendly staff. I always order a decaf Americano and they always get it right. Sounds simple but when I order from other Starbucks, it isn't the same. Not sure if it's the machine or the people at this location know how to use it properly, but it is good.

Drive-thru staff in the evenings have been great lately - always pleasant, friendly, and exhibit great service. I like that they take their time with customers so you never feel rushed.

This location has the best customer service i have ever seen. They left me smiling and in awe of how sweet they were. Staff were so kind and accommodating as one of my drinks weren't to my liking and they redid it! Really appreciate the staff here!

The staff at the Starbucks on James Snow in Milton are absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, kind, courteous, respectful, helpful, happy, smart. I could go on and on with compliments. It is so great to have people bright and happy during all of this world chaos. They are front line workers and at risk daily yet they are truly amazing and customer oriented. Thank you for seeing the silver lining in all of this and having by far, the best customer service ever!

I’ve been a partner at Starbucks for almost 4 years now, so I know what to expect in terms of customer service and connections at the window. I went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks with my family last week and we are still thinking about our experience. The shift supervisor who was at the window (Roger) was outstanding in genuinely and meaningfully connecting with us. We have never felt more acknowledged, welcomed, and appreciated as customers and people.

Went on a Saturday around 1pm.

We ordered vanilla ice lattes and they were super delicious. We couldn't put it down.

The only qualm about this location is the drive thru. You have to go through a maze of parking lot (worse when busy), watching out for cars in all directions just to reach the entrance. The drive thru is around the back and is quite long. When trying to leave you have to wait for oncoming cars and you are kind of stuck there unfortunately.

I’d give it 6 stars simply because I am genuinely having a bad start to the day and I was about to pay when Tooba at the drive through gave me my order and said it’s on her just so that this would add some colour to my start. I’m writing this review right after pulling out of the drive through. Thanks Tooba!

Customer service is the absolute best here. No other Starbucks has top notch staff like this one. They deserve 5 stars and beyond but the environment is sometimes a headache. The music is way too loud, which is surprising considering many people come to Starbucks to study. I can hear the music through my headphones that I use with an app to just generate white sound to drown out the music, yet it still goes through. As much as I love the staff, I will be going over to Chudleigh's on Main street for most studying days.

Best Starbucks and best customer service I've ever had. Every time I visit, one of the employees named Roger always makes the best drinks while providing amazing service with a smile. You'll never find service quite like his.

Food is better at tim hortons. Staff not very freindly. This starbucks is at milton where superstore is. The bagels are stale. I dont toast bagels. The spinach wrap was hard. Starbucks sucks. And no donuts.

The staff make this location! I've been to a couple of the Starbucks in town but the staff and the service at this location is the reason I keep coming back. Never a disappointment!

Get your Drive thru staff together Marisa. We asked for two bagels - one with butter, the other with cream cheese. Barista repeated order. We got our order, only one bagel. Boyfriend pulled away before I had a chance to say something. We get on the highway and we received the one bagel with one butter.and.no knife? I immediately called to confirm only one bagel was charged and questioned why no knife was given and only one butter to spread on both sides? She told us to turn around or go to another location to get more butter and knife? Will not ever go to this location again. Great service Marisa.

Roger at the counter randomly bought me, my brother and a couple other people at his Starbucks a round of hot chocolate. Needless to say it really helped us to get on with a tough day we were initially having. Thanks Roger!

I just grabbed my regular iced chai tea latte and ROGER (writing in capitals because everyone deserves to know his name) made my experience amazing! They were out of soy milk so he let me know that they could use almond or coconut. I told him to use whatever he recommend so he went on to use almond. Let me tell you it made my drink taste even better thanks to his recommendation! He even made sure to ask me to taste my drink before I left knowing it may taste different so he could alter it for me if I may not have liked it. Roger seriously made my night and he deserves a raise or some more recognition for his amazing efforts and hard work:) Way to go Roger!

Good service it’s just I ordered a guava iced tea lemon aid (which is supposed to be sweet) and I got it back and it was bitter I went back and I had to repeat myself 3 times in a quiet Starbucks so the lady could hear me (she was also acting kind of weird) she was acting drunk or high she seemed dizzy and tired

Fantastic staff, great customer service. My favourite Starbucks in Milton. They've been a bit short-staffed recently but one less person doesn't diminish their quality and personality.

Very friendly staff and overall great experience! Baristas were very helpful with recommending me a drink. The barista on front, Kaiya, was extremely pleasant and helped me find my way around your extensive menu. Would definitely recommend and would come back because of this friendly encounter and delicious blossoming rose tea latte. 5 stars!

This location was one of the hidden treasures for me, one of the biggest stores in the city. And as always great staff, very friendly and very fast.
