Starbucks

I lost and item there and have been calling to ask about it but they never answer their phone.

First time, actually going to a Starbucks.
They have wonderful service and exceptional customer service! Peaceful atmosphere and very inviting environment.

Best Starbucks in London, ON, no doubt about it. The manager here knows her stuff and hires the best people. They always make the best drinks and bring positivity to your day. I always come here because I know I'll get the best experience in town.

No napkins yet asking for a tip shake my head

The staff at this place are so professional and helpful, the lady name Alyss was wonderful, she is so patient and understanding each customer’s order. Thumbs up to her.

Waiting time at drive thru to takean order is too much, almost 10 minutes between order and window to pay

Really have to do something about the flies as I had 4 or 5 circling me alone and spent just as much time swating them away as drinking my coffee. Very annoying.

I had a disappointing experience on my birthday that has since been rectified by the store manager, Alyss. I’m incredibly impressed with her customer service and attentiveness. She has changed things around completely and I’ve been there at least 4 times since with no further disappointments. Thank you Alyss and team for making things right again! I appreciate it very much.

This place refdused ot warm up my americano with the steamer becauwe of COVID, its May 2024, every other coffee shop will warm up a coffee with the steamer so it deosnt go to waste and this company has gone so corporate woke that it doesnt make common sense deicsions while passing food items across a counter a thousand times a day and say they cant warm up a coffee anymore because of COVID (they used to), they just lost my business as I am goign to an independnat coffee shop with common sense in the future. I spent 25 bucks here this morning and they will lose my future business

Received a smile as I was entering the store. Ordered a cup of coffee (not a coffee drinker) and was spoiled by the staff who helped me to choose the right brand. Plus I was told that I could loiter until a nearby store opened up! Can't beat that kind of treatment. Coffee is hot enough to take my time. Great staff and a great atmosphere.

This location is on a busy street corner inside a busy plaza which makes it difficult to get in and out of especially during rush hour.
Otherwise the location is fine.

This place is a school place not a coffee shop every time we go there are a bunch of students taking all the tables doing thier homework all day long, it's really not fair to other customers they shoukd have a limit time, and most of the Starbucks are like that as well, we hope you guys looking into this matter thanks

I frequent here more times than I care to admit because the experience is always top notch! Somehow they always make the best drinks and have the friendliest staff! I usually go in to pick up a mobile order and am never left waiting, the odd time I am in the drive thru it seems much more efficient than other locations. Love my neighbourhood Starbucks!

My preferred location in London. It’s very small, but the staff here make up for it with great service.
