Starbucks

They mess up orders consistently and the 1 time I go in to order, it took them 15-20 minutes to get 1 drink. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff here are amazing they are so so busy but watching them make all the drinks properly and so fast was amazing.they’re a very efficient team.my drink was amazing as always.the atmosphere was alright mostly due to the amount of people that were there.it’s almost like they need a second location just to reduce the traffic with it being the only location.

Bad service and bad priorities; Mobile orders should not be the focus when paying customers are in front of you.

Clean store, fast friendly service. I've never been a fan if most of the food at Starbucks (except for the oatmeal raisin cookies), but the coffee is very good and consistent.

The inside floor is often quite dirty, and the service is very slow, 10+ minutes for one drink even when I was the only one inside. And the food is mixed to poor. However the drinks are always great.

I only visited this place once, so very small sample size. Unfortunately, that single experience was very disappointing. Placed an order, waited about 30 minutes for my drink, asked if my order was missed but they simply replied it is in the queue and they are unable to tell me where in the queue. After seeing people who ordered after me get their drinks, I just gave up and walked out, even though I had already paid for the drink.

In the agonizing half hour or so I was waiting, I had the chance to observe the people making the drinks. They seemed to be incredibly rushed, with spills and messes galore. It didn't seem like the drinks were being made with care.

I don't necessarily fault the staff as it is possible that the place is understaffed and these guys are working under a lot of pressure. The employee who took my order was quite friendly too. However, the end result was annoying and upsetting for me as a customer.

No staff for a bush Saturday. Line up and then a line up to get your order…. More than 20+ minutes.

Workers don’t bother to make the flavoured cold foams.also they think we don’t notice.it has a completely different texture and taste.

It's a beautiful location!
But there's unconsistency with customer service and whenever you make an order.

Quick stop for black coffee in my own mug, clean washroom. It's almost worth the 3km drive from the highway to this park of town, to get gas and food. The westbound OnRoute at the Ontario Quebec border was way too busy.

Starbucks is usually crowded and busy inside and drive thru but good service. Should add another Cornwall location.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. No smile, no greeting. The person taking orders acted annoyed and wasn’t pleasant to deal with. I ordered a coffee and lemon loaf slice. The person took the lemon loaf slice from its plastic wrapping and shook it down so hard into a paper bag that all the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. I don’t mind paying the extra money for the quality I get at Starbucks, but because of the negative experience I received from this person, this location will never get my money again. First point of contact in any retail setting should never go this way. Retail 101, it’s not rocket science.

At Starbucks now. Ordered my drink 10 minutes ago. Still have yet to get my drink. Also other people who ordered after me got their drinks before myself. Absolutely Unacceptable.

Staff are friendly and the drinks are consistently made well. It’s just always so busy inside or driving thru. Another Cornwall location is need.
