Starbucks

Most tables were dirty. I asked to clean one of table, was told to wait as they are very busy customers. And they never cleaned the table. Also, the person took my order was kinda rude.

Come on now, surely you've heard the name Thomas before. I honestly died when I received the order under "Tommis". Definitely made a pregnant woman's day though.

Visiting Toronto this week for work, i looked for a Starbucks to do some work and I have to say I had a very wonderful experience. Our barista, Shay, was wonderful and made us feel welcomed instantly with her greeting and then willing to ask how our day was going. When I went back up to the til again, she anticipated my order of a refill and asked me if I wanted a refill. If I can, I will definitely be back!

This was the worst service I've ever been to. The staff wasn't very friendly and it took them a while to serve you. You have been waiting for a while to have your order completed.

The worst Starbucks service, Not friendly staff kind of confrontational actually, I ordered Regular medium coffee with misto and one sugar, a young blonde lady was preparing it and I noticed she added hot tab water in to my coffee when I asked her, she said misto is combination of steamed milk and hot-Water, I immediately stopped her

We did a drive thru pickup and the person on the other end was energetic and it made the whole experience so much more fun! Great job!

The Worst Starbucks within the area. Don’t know how to make drinks properly within the guidelines and slow

1* for the service because its the worst place to get Starbucks on a Sunday @8pm, there's literally 1 or 2 employees here, we waited 45 minutes to get our order, 3* for the food because they're always running out of stuff, 1* atmosphere because it's packed with waiting customers. Better to go the Starbucks in the hotel at Dixon and Martingrove, always 3 or more employees (and theyre very friendly) just not opened as late.

This location has an issue with logistics. There should be one staff for sandwich and pastry orders, one at cash and the others handling drinks. The wait times for simple orders is unacceptable and it really is the staff do not have an efficient system set up like the majority of other locations. The next time I wait 8min for a coffee and muffin I will escalate to head office. Where is the manager? ! Smh

I politely inquired while I waited because my mobile receipt showed I was waiting for 15 min.and still didn’t get it. She said that someone took it but the barista said he hadn’t made it yet. I said that’s a really long time and she defended the inefficient service without apologizing and was so passive aggressive especially when she said “yeah it’s hard to deal with customers. ” How can you say that to a customer who waited 15 min before saying anything? Shocked!

Yes, I'm sure they are nice, but be prepared to wait if you see three or more people in line. I ordered my drink and it took 18 minutes for them to make it. They got hammered by mobile orders, which should be disabled if they cannot keep up due to lack of staff.

Waited over 25min for a drink 9 people were served before me was given a b.s excuse about stickers as to why I waited

The cold drink was tasteless. I always take it from other branches and it tastes great and rich

No place to sit, only 4-5 tables, the quality of the drink ordered was awful, the London Fog tasted like just milk and tea.

I pre-ordered my drink. Got there, I was in line for quite a bit cuz they were busy. I got there. I saw my drinks sitting at the counter and the server did not even acknowledge that I was there. Just serving other people taking orders while my drink was sitting there getting cold. Very disrespectful when I confronted her she was horrible.

This starbucks should retrain a staff member by the Katie as she is rude and very Miserable.the video will be posted on ig for the world too see.

Good Starbucks and a big plus that it's close to me. Clean, great customer service, barristas are kind and knowledgeable.

Only downside is this place is always packed so getting a drink sometimes takes 15-20 minutes.

Very long waiting service, worse is that I was already waiting and the employee would serve those who arrived after me anyway

I locked myself out of my house and waiting here without coffee. I don't have my wallet i only had $2.25 Change in my picket. I asked if i could pay the difference of. 25 cents when my ride gets here, he said no.
Wow.i spent few thousands dollars on gift cars for my client's each year.

This place is an absolute gem, it's so clean and friendly. Staff are so friendly and ready to serve you with a smile. The washrooms are absolutely amazing, they truly know how to keep clean.

They allowed me to wait for my bus out of the cold. That was really nice
