Starbucks

Went because i missed it from home (uk) but they don't appreciate healthcare professionals like we do in the UK, so I didnt get the discount which I was pre told nurses and doctors aren't appreciated here lol.then the app is different. Not sure why. Starbucks should be starbucks regardless of the location, tried the drink I usually get and decided the Canadian starbucks has to be the fake version of the original. Y'all missing out on the British starbucks. Also wasn't a place to sit nor was I given my receipt tho I'm not sure if the receipts are a thing.

Lack if washroom at this location.
If you have kids go elsewhere. After ordering my drinks at 7pm on a tues evening was advised to walk across street to use public restroom at food court

The panini was still cold from inside and I believe because they were busy, they got my order wrong. Instead of one drink, they made two and charged me for two. They were nice enough to refund me the money for the extra drink but did so with a very judgmental and unfriendly expression. The place could have been more cleaner

Everyone comes with dogs, please don't bring dogs to a food serving place. I am not against having pets, I am against taking them to a public places

Waited the better part of 20 minutes just for a latte. By the time It was made, it tasted burnt and had 3 inches of foam on the top. If I wanted a smaller cup of burnt frothed milk I would’ve just ordered one

What is the whole point of ordering ahead by the app if they gonna serve every single person in the line ahead of you and make you wait for 10 more minutes after the time that app says? I waited 20 minutes for just 2 drinks! And the person who was working there named “Victor” was just making fun of me while I complained to them and served all the other people in the line! Unacceptable customer service from this specific server!

This location has a pattern of serving watered down drinks. Very disappointing.

Clean, friendly Starbucks near my office. This is my preferred coffee shop for grabbing coffee with colleagues if we want to go for a leisurely stroll (3 minutes) outdoors from our office. Casually, I prefer M >= T > MM >= S.

X + 4th visit: Had a grande brown sugar oat espresso, light ice. Nutty. Not as creamy but just as sweet. Not as good as the chocolate cream gold brew that I like. Wish they had nitro cold brew here.

Xth + 3 visit: Had a venti cinnamon caramel cream cold brew, light ice. This was TERRIBLE! Never get this again. It was so watered down. In the future, don't order this size. Order grande max. Not worth it. Also, I dislike cinnamon caramel cold brew, I'd rather have chocolate cream cold brew. This location kinda sucks. There's been a pattern where my drinks have tasted watered down.

Xth + 2 visit: Had another grande chocolate cream cold brew - I love this cold brew. Nice chocolatey cocoa flavours complement the bitterness of the coffee. Just amazing. I wish this place also had Nitro cold brew though.

Xth + 1 visit: Had a grande black tea (chai). Tasted great, I enjoy the nutritional benefits of black tea, received 2 tea bags, I steeped it in total 3 times.

Xth visit: Had the grande iced Chai tea latte with oat milk + blonde espresso shot that a friend recommended. It was good, unique flavour experience. However, it tasted kind of watered down. I had 4 pumps of chai, in the future, I'll have to try and get 6 or 8.

Aug 10: Had the new chocolate cream cold brew (grande). Tasted great. Creamy, not too sweet. Better than the sweet cream cold brew. But not as good as the Nitro cold brew (my fav).

Very friendly team - specially Toni is super friendly, I come here 3 years almost everyday.

My favourite Starbucks location! What I love most is the staff. I look forward to going in because the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming, and I leave with a smile on my face
