A typical Starbucks. Located in an old building at the intersection of Roncesvalles and Dundas West.

This place is so slow, messes up orders and some of the baristas seem incapable of making a latte that doesn't taste like garbage. Once I even asked them to remake it twice and it tasted bad every single time. Astonishing.

Nice folks work here, but if you're looking for a cup of coffee from an independent store, look across the street to Jimmy's.

Very friendly staff. The drinks were made well. However, there was only one bathroom available. It was not to the cleanest, and for some reason the seating inside felt disjointed and half of the space was used for storage.

Great location, friendly staff and of course, the consistency of Starbucks
Bathroom can be in better shape but considering some other non-PC factors, it’s much better than other restrooms.

Large black coffee was only filled up to about 3/4 of the cup

I understand getting rid of the condiment stand during covid. It made sense. But now? Whats the reasoning? I have to tell the barista how many sugars or how much cream i want and they never get it right

I go here pretty often and every time I go the staff are gossiping (often about other ppl that work here). Annoying when it slows down my drink being made.

The worst staff and service anyone can ever get.very unaccommodating, rude especially the brown guy and the tall white guy.awfully cute unhelpful. I was in need to get on a virtual call asap while my MB car at the near by workshop. No seats are around. I asked to let me lean my laptop on the window side while I am standing to finish the call, but the cashier who was keen to help me asked these two guys highlighted above and were in debate to say yes or no. I guess they were trying to exercise the supervisory tasks! Lol
I ended up cancelling my order and crossed the street over to meet very friendly staff and enjoy healthy eating option and on top of that fresh coffee while making my call with no interruption nor disturbance.
Head to Jimmys coffee rather than the Starbucks corporate mentality run stores.jeez

Quality went downhill at this location:/ taste like garbage, and espressos that just don’t smell right… I don’t expect or should write a review on Starbucks unless it’s a reserve location but the coffee taste like cough syrup. Give it a try if you love the new flavours

Employees are just rude! ’

I show up 10mins after placing a mobile order and still have to wait 5-10 mins
Bathrooms are just nasty!

Not the best or friendliest staff. Not very clean inside and employees get petty over you asking them for a bit more milk in your coffee since the “milk on bar” option is not longer available. Not sure what I’m supposed to do since I don’t want as much milk as a latte would contain but I also am not very content with the drop of milk (and not even the one I asked for) that was given to me for a triple espresso. And management there will not accommodate you either by the way. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Avoid this location, they’ll ruin your whole morning: (

Been going here since 2k19, Big place, limited indoor seating as of now. Indoor seating still currently limited to 3-4 x2 person tables. Summers have outdoor seating. Super good customer service, nice and friendly. Bakery items are mediocre at best. Coffee/tea/drinks is always good. I'd double check for error is you get something a big more complicated. Overall 9.5/10

SO SO SO SLOW.inside work 5 person and how i people wait 20 minutes for coffee ️. Thank you Starbucks this location make people happy.

Probably one of the fastest Starbucks locations I’ve visited in a long time. Plus major bonus that there is a Green P lot behind it that you can park in!

Those breakfast sandwiches are not what they used to be and the price is higher. Service at this location is currently slow.

Bying coffee, by accident saw a bord on the wall there with advertisement of BLM and names of people of color unjustly killed by police. Politely suggested that it would be even better if they would add there also names of white people killed by police unjustly and put slogan All lives manner. All Canadians deserve equal treatment. Once I naively did it, staff become agressive and asked me to leave! I was leaving anyway, but they explicitly asked me to leave, meaning "never come back! " Sent a complaint letter to customer service, not buying from Starbucks anymore.

Worst experience ever in starbucks today. Bought myself and my friend a mocha frap. While we were wating for our drinks we were reading the names of the people in the black lives matter bulletin board when the barista had the nerve to tell us not to read the names. According to her it was soo quote "disrespectful". I dont know if she can read but it says on the bulletin itself to "say their names". I dont know if she knows about the movement or not but I had never felt so accuse of wrong doing when I was only doing what was right. I dont know if starbuck stand for what they say or are they only trying to loook good.

This location is pretty good for covid times. It's hasn't been too busy usually, but it gets a lot of foot traffic. I haven't had a problem with it yet. And there's a public sitting area just outside in a parkette.
Pre-covid experience: it sometimes is hard to get a seat.

The Medium Blend Coffee I had was way way too bitter. I had to put 4 Sweetners in it before it tasted like a cup of Coffee

It's like a ghost town right with a few exception loke the xmas light is the main attraction for picture taking. The once a great place to see a mix of people and good deals on clothing or items that was snatch from the retail stores in the area. But still a dangerous place to hang around for a long time.

My soul mate lives near this Starbucks in brampton. So I order ahead from Toronto using the app and she picks up her special hand crafted drink on me when she is in a rush. Its such a pleasure to be there for someone you love and have it be convenient as well!

Excellent location that is at the junction of roncy and dundas. The coffee is good, historic bank building adds to the ambiance.

The staff are all wonderful, even when they're overloaded with mobile and delivery orders they still rush to get you service as quickly as possible

Great location! The baristas are always so friendly. They get pretty busy at times so sometimes you can expect a wait, but nothing that isn’t seen at other popular Starbucks in the city. I’ve ordered from here at least 30 times and never had a bad experience.

Loved it. They even made me a special drink when I burned my throat and couldn't speak very well. I always walk out of this location with everything I want.

I've only placed orders here through my phone, but when picking them up the staff has been super friendly and helpful.

Been here over a handful of times; good service most of the time but had a rude encounter with one of the managers once when I simply asked for a price confirmation.

Staff here are acting like a bureaucratic nasty government officers. When I entered but did not see which line she was serving, the cashier spoke to me in that tone. I did not feel offended but found so funny in reality. Customer service is easy but hard to many ones

Service was fast and helpful. And I need that when I stumble in early and haven’t yet had coffee. Yummy Cinnamon Dolce Latte was served up hot and fresh. Almond croissants.mmmmmmmm.

I am a starbucks fan. Starbucks is MY coffee shop to go. This location is the dirtiest I have been.

Washrooms dirt, garbage can full, outdoor tables dirty. It is a great location at the Junction but this is something to get better at ASAP.

Have you ever had a server look in your direction like you're invisible?
I'm waiting to be served with 1 customer ahead of me having a 10min long chat with the barista/cashier. No one acknowledged me for the entire ten minutes until I WALKED OUT.

Is this just poor customer service? Or did I seem undeserving of coffee on this night? 3 staff behind the bar. ZERO SERVICE: (Surely one of them was a store manager that shouldn't be in that role. 9pm on Oct 2

Spacious Starbucks location. Male baristas are idiots. Supervisor lady tho is very friendly and professional as is the girl Ray with whom I spoke regarding an order mishap. The original order cup was filled with an obscene amount of ice, had next to no blackberries or coconut milk. The sweet girl said I should speak with the supervisor which I did and they blessed me with a replacement. Awesome and very understanding folks here.

The people are very friendly and it is a spacious store, but the place is ALWAYS dirty. They block the recycling/garbage bins partway through the day leaving one garbage bin and it is constantly overflowing. I have been there pretty often and I have never seen them sweep the floor. I usually have to clean a table myself. The patio appears to only be cleaned when they close. I would be more empathetic if they were always busy, but they are not. There is usually people idling behind the counter when there is no one to serve.

The place is really nice. I met my friend there had fun.it's spacious and bright. Just more availability of food options would definitely add up one more star.

I'm amazed how good the staff are at this location. They are always friendly, helpful, and fast even when it gets busy.

I arrived at 7: 35 PM on Tuesday, and the man in front of me, with a drink in hand, was chatting with one of the 2 cashiers. I had to wait for 70 seconds for him to finish before she would take my order. The other cashier could have helped me out.

Service was great. Coffee is fresh and delicious. I also ordered breakfast sandwiche awesome. In the past I've ordered lunch there too, great selection of sandwiches and salads and more.

Pour Selection of Black and Orange PekoeTeas. Cookies too Sugary and Hard. They seem only to Cater to the Coffee Crowd.

Got a medium passion fruit tea and it was filled 2/3 full. Smh they weren’t busy too and they just put no effort in.

I ordered a venti starbucks double shot on ice, one staff did not put any syrup and did not shake it well I could not drink it because of too much ice in there. I asked Misha to make it again, she made my drink really quickly and it was good taste.
I appreciate her kindness.
