Was having an evening stroll and decided to get some drinks, their payment system was not working so they decided to give the drinks for free. Couldn’t even leave a tip since I had no cash. 10/10 service, will definitely leave double tip next time, they deserve it!

Crazy line up all the time in a tourist area. Got the wrong name for my order, like put a guy’s name on my order lol. Food and drinks are standard Starbucks quality.

Honestly, this Starbucks goes so quickly considering how busy it can get. Good job! Also, this applies to every Starbucks, but nice cups too!

Decent coffee, order and pick up can be done outside the shop. No order in advance or collecting rewards because franchaise store.

Second time I go inside, I see many flies in the counter/ cashier l.

They charge for getting “No Ice”

I wanted a refresher with no ice. I don’t like ice plus it’s just a filler for the drink.

The lady says we usually charge $0.65 for no ice.

Never have I ever walked into a Starbucks and paid for no ice.

Found out this isn’t actually a Starbucks but rather just using their name so they can charge and do whatever they please.

Very disappointed.

They charge $0.65 if you want to get no ice in your drink.

That’s right. No ice = $0.65

Not to sound cheap but this isn’t a thing nor should be a thing.

DO NOT EAT HERE. They are selling expired food, even heard the cashier say 'I fell sorry for them' while selling expired cookies. Supervisor did not apologize and only retired the expired product when I insisted.

Extremely rude staff! We’ve been going to Blue mountain at least once a year (mostly twice) for over 8 years, never had we ever had a nice employee at that location. They always make you feel unwelcome the minute you step in, feels like they’re doing you a favour by doing their jobs!
They mock customers (not me but I witnessed it few times) and joke about them IN FRONT OF THEM!
Honestly, it must be the training they all attend!
I am a Starbucks VERY loyal customer, but thankfully Tims opened in the village this year so, I will sacrifice my coffee preference for the few days I am there to avoid dealing with this store!

Poor service. The woman on the way in was pleasant but unfair counter treatment. I ordered a less complicated drink (one double americano) and the man behind me ordered two flat whites. He got his drinks first, and my drink was not a double americano - single at best. I really don’t like this treatment. This was at 7: 30 am on a Sunday, right when they opened and it’s not like there was a lineup or confusion about who was here first.

Worst experience that i ever had in starbucks, i ordered peppermint mocha with cold foam, received the wrong order also the customer service was horrible.

The girls at the counter were very nice, the place was a little bit busy so it took a while to get our coffee. It was a line to get to the washroom, and they didn't have enough tables to sit, so we couldn't stay to enjoy our drinks.

We always get the most friendly service here! They make sure the kids are happy with their hot chocolates.

I was having a ruff morning before work and Rodrigo went above and beyond to make my morning better. With some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Thank you. All the staff is amazing

Slow and understaffed. I paid for a tall, got a short. Staff member said she will remake it. Waited another 5 min. Nothing. She made everyone else's drinks. Do you expect me to stand there and wait forever for your mistake? We left since we already waited 20min for our other 2 drinks.
