I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Madison for her excellence in customer service! When I was sure the staff barista added milk rather than soy, despite saying to me in person that she did not add milk, and Madison asked this employee “are you sure? ” And she insisted she did not, when I delivered the coffee to my partner he immediately knew there was milk and this was so upsetting that I called to complain and Madison not only remembered how important this was to me an hour earlier but she took great care in ensuring I was pleased with this negative experience! Great manager right there and so I had to write this review to thank Madison!

The owner of this cafe passes unethical comments on girls when they place order. Sometimes inappropriate comments.

Waited 40 minutes for a drink to be made on a Saturday.
Only 1 barista was working until a 2nd one finally showed up 20 minutes later.

Over 3 orders that ordered before mine were made first.

I am not usually one to complain but seriously only 1 barista working on a Saturday?

I love this chain as you don't feel obligated to tip every time, except at this location for some reason. It used to not even be an option, but now it's been changed on their keypad

It's Starbucks - either you like it or you don't. You've already made up your mind without the need for a review. I will just add that I made a mobile order, came into the store and was waiting at the left wall, near the Starbucks paraphernalia. Well.apparently you don't pick up your order on the left anymore and now the drinks are back to their original area near the back wall. So anyone bothering to read this, save yourself the aggravation and ignored looks from staff, mobile orders are at the back (again). Also Starbucks used to make their Stars more easily attainable on the app and you can accumulate Bonus Stars faster but that's a corporate decision, not this stores. I just had to vent on that one.

I was refused service because I had my service dog with me. I was told “if I ask for your doctors note you have to show me” to which I replied with a simple no I do not. Will never be giving this location my service.

Went in the servers were talking and ignoring customers so I walked out no more Starbucks ever again.

My favourite Starbucks location during quiet times but can get super crowded during busy times. Lineup goes out the door in the summer but the staff is always super friendly.

This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that doesn't make the drinks right whatsoever. Coffee is watery and pastries are old. I mentioned this to some friends and they already knew which location I was talking about when I mentioned the issue. Big waste of money.

Great location. Easy access and ample parking. Phenomenal little patio and far enough from the road that you're not bothered by the noise. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Orders easily modified with ease and no complaints. Will definitely be back to this location again. Thank you.

The staff is really good, the service is good. But it's really annoying that they will be completely out of beet juice for almost a month straight on multiple different occasions. At that point somebody needs to be looking at how you're ordering your supplies and how you can avoid being completely out of this stuff for so long. I mean seriously at this rate even just spend a couple dollars on peach juice at a grocery store nearby
