Starbucks

I’m not a daily visitor or not a hardcore starbucks. Some coffees are really hard to drink for someone who really loves sugar teas. Used to be better. The new baristas are less friendly and less knowledgeable. I asked about the difference between latte and flat white. The barista looked confused and went to read the manual for a couple minutes then came back with a reply that one uses whole milk the other skimmed milk.

This Store at the Kennedy Commons isn’t particularly very clean. Staff is kind of reluctant, trash bins are overflowing. Overall just lacks the premium feel of a Starbucks store. Not going there again.

Nothing taste like it should at this location specifically. Don’t know if it’s the training or lazy staff. Disappointing

Very busy location and not enough batistas to service mobile orders and walk-ins. Great service and attitude though.

The staff were very friendly and chatty. There seemed to be a lot of seating and everything was great.
