Starbucks

Starbucks in canada is expensive compared to state but I would always prefer Starbucks over any other coffee shop chains.

Jamie is amazing at her job. She is so helpful and sweet. She helped me choose a great drink and went out of her way to help us. I really appreciate her service and professionalism.

The manager here is a child. Very poorly run. The staff are all great at acting happy. This place treats its staff very poorly. High staff turnover rate.

Been coming here for years. I normally go to Tim Hortons but come here 2-3 times a week for a treat. Prices are brutally high. Coffee is ok. I ge5 Americanos usually.or flat whites. What's got me really annoyed lately is the TIP option on the debit machine. For the prices they charge.its CRIMINAL to ask us to pay their staff more money. Pay your own staff more money with the money I already overpaid you with.

Great service always at this Starbucks location. And the baristas always make beverages perfectly according to order!

Dirtiest location ive ever been to. I won't be back. At the time it wasn't busy & overstuffed.

Asking for tips at the drive through is ridiculous. They hold the Visa/Debit machine out the window (like most fast food places) but they don’t tell you it’s asking for a tip so when you try to tap they just stare at you. It’s insane they ask for a tip when you already drove to the window and are paying their inflated prices. Go to another Starbucks/coffee shop that doesn’t ask for tips for just doing their job and providing no extra service while working for a company thats worth 100+ billion dollars

My go to Starbucks location in Barrie, staff is always very friendly and quick, as well there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee.

It says online that this location closes at 9. I arrived here at 8: 25 and the person told me through the speaker that their hours have changed and they now close at 8. Surely the very first thing you would do is update that online? Clearly the management here is great.

I don't understand why this company would only send in 2 sandwiches that they always sell out of. Everytime I go to our this product it is sold out. You need to send more of this product to the store that actual sell it so customers will be happy. The sandwich I'm referencing is the ham.and Swiss.

Shelly was literally the best employee there, and she made my day with her voice, she was super sweet and all in all the best

His expertise & menu knowledge curved a major dietary restriction and he curated the perfect oat milk late for me (vegan), explaining all of my options & what I could and could not consume. This was my first stop on my way to Thunder bay from Mississauga. The staff was very welcoming, cosy environment, clean place and washrooms. Service was super quick. Highly recommended to stopover for coffee and other stuff.
