Today Monday November the 27th my family and I got the best attention -by the man with glasses - such an attentive and happy person. All the staff at this time today was exceptional. Remarkable
The Starbucks opposite Roots: Please teach your Employees some customer service skills. This worker “KSandra” is insanely rude, she needs to have some etiquettes on how to talk to people at first if you are working at a place where u need to engage with customers. It’s always been long waiting time here at this loc but she was disgusting and so disappointed NEVER want to visit THIS LOCATION.
Discriminated -my name wasn't asked n we were called the cake pop order. Everyone was being called by their names. Maybe because I looked different. Horrible service, very slow service n when I pointed out they said oh the cashier must have forgotten! Seriously! If you profess to be the best, personalized coffee shop, train your employees not to discriminate.
Super slow, many hands and a lot of talking. Prioritized several staff orders over paying customers. 3 staff taking your money, only one producing product.
Service is excruciatingly slow. The baristas move very slow and have an absent minded facial expressions. Except Kervin. Kervin was good and energetic.
I like to meet clients and friends here at Starbucks-Yorkdale by the subway station. Very convenient, there’s a lot of sitting areas in a very open space, you’re indoors but feels like you’re outdoors because the ceilings are very high and it’s very open. If you’re here at Yorkdale mall to meet someone, suggest this place, even if the mall is crowded, the feeling here won’t be.
Located at the subway entrance of the mall, this starbucks has everything! A confusing line up enterance, baristas that yell at you to line up properly, and awkward eye contact with strangers while you wait for your order. One time years ago I ordered a drink and asked it to be made with non dairy milk as I have an allergy and the barista all but called me the devil. I would like to personally congratulate this starbucks on being the second best in yorkdale mall. I am never not scared to order here!
Recently visited Starbucks and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While I appreciate the convenience and atmosphere that Starbucks offers, my recent experience has left me hesitant to return. Despite the variety of drinks available, the excessive ice and watered-down taste left me disappointed. I hope that in the future, Starbucks can improve their quality control and ensure that customers receive the full value of their purchase. I would encourage Starbucks to take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving the overall customer experience.
This Starbucks shop In Yorkdale Is designed well. The staff Is pretty Nice. It's busy most of the time on weekends but It's a Starbucks after all that's why they have 2 Starbucks In Yorkdale. My favourite Item Is the Vanilla Bean Cappuccino. I also like of this Starbucks Is placed near the TTC Subway Station so you can grab some when heading Into the mall or heading out of the mall.
You wait a lot, and they bring either hot things first so they get cold when they bring the rest, or cold things first and they melt down while you wait for the res
I was waiting for my coffee 35 minutes and they didn't give me receipt. People who were in line after me got their orders before I got mine. Everybody are very slow.
Hire more staff. Wait time is forever. Had to wait 40 minutes just to get a lemonade. My drink was ready but they still wouldn't serve it till I asked them.
8: 40am in the morning, no line ups, 2 people waiting for online orders, 3 bartenders but we had to wait 10 mins, and I had to “beg” to ask one of them to take my order. LOL. This is just pathetic.
