Quite literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to at a place where people are clearly in a rush to catch a train. It is shocking how poorly this place is run.

Great SB to grab a drink before or after your grocery shop, plenty of tables as there is a restaurant next door.
Friendly service always, great location.

The actual store is oddly hard to find. It’s located inside the Longos, on the left, with only one tiny logo to guide you. Or you go down a level, through the full store then back up the escalators to the upper lever when you don’t see it, fail to find it there too, finally ask the security guard who tells you to make a left inside the Longos and then you finally find it tucked away in the corner!

I had the matcha with 50-50 oat milk and whole milk. It was super grainy, not well blended, and barely had any oat milk! I would not recommend.

I’ve had issues with this place every single time I visit. They’ve got my drink wrong consistently for the past 5 times. Top marks for consistently being inconsistent…

Extremely rude male staff, the one and only male staff in this store. I only asked a simple question about the charge of syrup as a nice staff lady once mentioned that just a pump of syrup wont be charged, so I asked the rude male staff to confirm again. Then he asked me back “who told you that? ”without properly answering my question. I dont work at Starbucks and I just wanted to confirm and i dont see what’s wrong with that? Not allowed to ask a question as a customer? Really?

The lady at Starbucks named Salomie or Solomie whatever is so rude, she don't listen to what is ordered, then when you tell her that is not my order she is making face. And how come she was hired as barista he always have frown face. Not even 1 star

This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever had issues with - and it’s every single time I go. I’ve stopped going and started going to the one around the corner on Queens quay.

They never know what i ordered no matter what it was, I always need to repeat it multiple times while I wait for them to make my drink after I’ve already paid.

As a result of them not writing down or reading what was punched in, it’s always wrong or missing something i paid extra for. The iced coffee and cold brew also are not fresh here, I’ve had Starbucks coffee so many times and I can say with confidence that I know the way it should taste. An occasional bad batch is one thing, but there’s no quality assurance here at all.

Additionally, a couple months ago they were selling a travel mug for $80? I simply don’t understand (see photos). Whatever is going on at this location needs to be dealt with so there’s some consistency.

Staff were nice, they wanted to ensure what I ordered was accurate and repeated it back to me.
A lot of Seating

I like this Starbucks because they have a selection of Longo's baked goods, sandwiches and drinks that can be purchased (with Starbucks card too). The spinach pastry is great!

The matcha latte was not proper. Every sip I had, had matcha which was not properly mixed. Good location with lots of seating.

Had been here a month ago and had the most bland drink ever. Had no sugar. When mentioned, the barista handed me sugar syrup in a cup.

Every drink I've gotten from here hasn't been great. Today I asked for a little bit of water for my Chai tea as another Starbucks informed me that that was possible as 1/2 cup of water makes it taste super watery, and I'm paying 80c for oat milk and so would like my 80c. The guy nodded and wrote 1/2 cup, I didn't realise till I was home. Waste of my money every time I come here. Going to another Starbucks from now on, and wouldn't recommend this place.

The reviews do not lie. Ordered two drinks and neither were full. The tall latte in particular was half full and that’s including the foam.

Worst Starbucks in Toronto. The staff is unfriendly, orders are not made correctly and cups are rarely filled (usually about three-quarters full, if you’re lucky). Do not go there, it’s worth neither your money nor your time.

Worst customer service ever.i said them do not put any ice in my drink but to save money They intentionally put ice in my drink and ruined my whole taste. Please avoid this location. They treat starbucks as a local tea stall.

Worst Starbucks I have had, first time trying this location had to give instructions on ingredients in my dragon fruit drinks. Got 3 pieces of dragon fruit and tasted nothing like the other locations.

Probably the fastest service I’ve ever had from a Starbucks actually! Good location & Made my drink perfect
