Starbucks

As someone that travels for a living, Starbucjs is my go to, best coffee and service but.this store can't be a corporate store. The service was the worst, my wife's hot chocolate had no hot chocolate, it was warm milk and the prices are increased for the poor service and products.

Worst coffee ever.how hard is it to make a lager double double 2 coffees and cost was 10$ where’s Tim Hortons from now on I will NEVER go to another Starbucks in my life

Ridiculously over priced at this location. Took family to see free event for Festival of lights ordered 2 small hot chocolates 1 small lemonade and a medium house coffee 29.00 my husband gave the batista a 5.00 tip for working in an overpriced environment when it's not his fault and barely understood English when ordering

Extremely overpriced. Bought a venti iced caramel macchiato. It tasted fine. What irked me was that they wanted to charge me $1.05 for an extra cup to share with my cousin. When you could literally get a free cup when you ask for a cup of water.

The first time Ive ever payed $7.40 for an espresso at a Starbucks. And was told your in Niagra Falls sir. Ive been in Vegas and got off easier. The Star bucks up the way in next hotel informed me they are not franchise. So I graciously payed $5.40 there later in the day. I dont do negative reviews, I just dont go back. But for the first time, the Star Bucks in Crown Plaza gets one.

Who even runs this place? I ordered the same drink i order every day 35 mins away for ($6.37 for an venti) and I order a tall here (the smallest size) for $8, that’s just disgusting. On top of that it’s not even made correctly, they don’t even have the proper ingredients to make their drinks. They literally put whipping cream on top of my drink as “cold foam” it tasted awful. The employees didn’t even know what I was asking for. Starbucks, look into this location because it is absolute trash.

Very nice place to get your drinks (over price ;was told because is in the tourist area).
Very helpful that Tania speak Spanish and Sandeep Indian. They take time to help you decide your drink if you aren't familiar with Starbucks. Tania and Sandeep look like her energetic girls (always smiling and thanking you for your visit).

The staff is really nice even the store is to busy but the staff is thanking the customers for there patience. I really like it and will visit again

Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee. Everyone in line was so mad this place is ridiculous

I stayed in the hotel and visited starbucks the staff was really nice and service is fast as i ordered coffe and drink for my daughter and she loved it. I wanna mention about one of the indian girl sandeep she was really nice eith my daughter. Thanks for the best service and friendly environment.

SO, WHAT PEOPLE SAYS ABOUT THIS STORE IS TOTALLY TRUE, MY LITTLE GIRLS WENT TO ASK FOR TAP WATER AND THE TWO GUYS AT THE DESK TRY TO CHARGE THEM FOR GIVING THEM TAP WATER, THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT THEY ARE A FRANCHISE WHICH IS FALSE AS WELL AND THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE FOR THEIR POCKETS, THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF THIS 5685 FALLS AVENUE AT THE CROWN PLAZA HOTEL, PLEASE ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPE AND BEFORE PAYING DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEIR CHARGING YOU FOR. SO DISSATISFIED SINCE WE ARE STARBUCKS LOYAL COSTUMERS AND THIS NEVER HAPPENED AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. IF COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

I understand it is In Niagara fall the price is higher than usually! But the service is horrible! I ask less ice for my drink, they didn’t do less lice! It is half cup of ice! I told them I need less ice again! They told me I put less already! What kind of service. Better don’t spend your money here.

Sooo slow and overpriced it’s insane.waited 30 MINS for them to heat 3 sandwiches.and 10 bucks for one tiny sandwich.they even charge for an empty plastic cup.

Took 40 minutes to make one drink, the barista was asking me how to make the drink? She had no clue what she was doing and was sighing the whole time. It should not take 40 minute for a iced espresso.

Beyond slow! Like 30 min to it’s one person in front of me. So much fumbling around and slow

Had worst experience at this Starbucks. Girl at front got her own attitude. Doesn’t even know anything about customer service. Our drinks were made wrong and asked them if they can remake, she asked for receipt and we didn’t had any since we were not given any receipt. She refused to make another drinks for us.
If you can’t speak nicely to customers you should find another job. Being a customer of Starbucks everyday, never had to deal with this kind of employee.

Super slow with an empty store. Ripped me iff for $6! I was in a hurry so didn’t check the prices, thought they went up a bunch. This is terrible and unacceptable!
