Starbucks

I wish I could 5 star this Starbucks which amazing staff, attentive order taking and a pleasant interaction but GOSH is the drive thru and parking situation a massive danger to your vehicle. No fault of Starbucks by any means, they’re just a victim of the poorly parking of the facility it rents. I only frequent this Starbucks as I love the experience but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t terrified of being hit or scrapping my car in that drive-thru.

Absolutly loved it! I forgot their name but there was a employee around 3: 20 ish with orange hair who made my drink and they were SOOO SWEET! I didnt know what I wanted and so I told them to make one for me with a limit and they were super respectful of my wishes and they made the most refreshing drink! I wish I went back and gave them a hug cause it was so good lol. The people who work there are so sweet and I love going there. 10/10 I wish i can give more stars. And a bigger tip lol. Amazing work!

The staff here are very nice and the atmosphere is pretty chill. I like the service and quality here. Plus they close late which is a definite plus!

I dropped my grandpa off here, came back only to find outs its not a retirement home and my grandpa was put in the grabage disposal.their meat smoothies are fire though they remind me of grandpas taste

Whatever you're paying Sydney, isn't enough. If I was hiring a customer facing employee I would have poached her on the spot.

Very friendly staff. I went during very busy times and they were still fairly quick. In and out in under five minutes with a line ahead of and behind me.

Worst Starbucks probably in the country, terrible service and the manager and the supervisor was awful in every way. They got my order wrong and then blamed me for ordering the wrong thing. It looks awful and is extremely dirty ants all over the place, just overall terrible

Boisson quand même cher mais valent la peine. Si tu n'aime pas une boisson ils vont te le changer gratuitement en plus.

Staffs are friendly. Drive thru is efficient. Glad that there’s a great Starbucks in my neighbourhood.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic! I couldn't emphasize FANTASTIC any more through words written in a review. I was asking one of the staff how to work an item I was looking to purchase, and while both of us were having a hard time figuring out how to use it he went to ask a second staff member. That second staff member came from behind the busy counter to help and show me, in the process I dropped my sandwich i just purchased all over the ground. To which this second staff, without missing a beat says "Let me throw that one out for you and replace you with a new one". Both of you were lovely and patience with me when I was having a nervous day and took time out of your very busy morning to help. Thank you VERY VERY much for making my anxious day better! I hope you have wonderful days today!

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for one latte, I heard the 4 people waiting too complaining about how long they were there. Either it was an off-day or it needs new management

I have always found the staff friendly and the service has always been very good. My only issue is you basically cannot go in if you need to park. There is just no room. The drive through is very efficient though.

I expected to get free red cup by my order today but they refused to give it to me although my order complies with the conditions even their advertisment didnt mention that. I called the customer service and they accepted I should have gotten one and told me they are sorry for the mistake. But surprisingly they refused to compensate me. Such a shameful behaviour.

The food and drinks themselves were good as usual, but the girl working there shamed my boyfriend for not paying which is incredibly unprofessional

Has to be the worst drive thru in town and they had the indoor area closed to seal the deal.

The place, when they have the store open, is fine. But I am getting really tired of getting here and finding out ONLY the drive through is open, and I am welcome to use the drive through… but I don’t have a car so…. I am wasting my time walking here specifically for something when the store says its open only to get here and discover its not actually open. No indication of when it will be open again. So my 25 min walk here was a waste of my time. Again. I get that there may be staff shortages, etc… but then, post a schedule on the door and online. Sheesh!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Took 15 min to get a drink and it wasn't even busy.

Hire more people. They rushed my order and did not follow my requirements. I really needed that coffee as a little pick me up. Had been having a bad week and this made it worse fam. I'm in shambles waiting anxiously for my uber eats refund

The hours for this location have seemingly changed. They're not open until 10: 30 pm on Saturday. Arrived at 9: 50, and they were already closed.
