The lady who works here is always nice and friendly. That's why I drive a little farther just to come here

Made my order through the app, an everything bagel heated up w/ cream cheese. I paid for it and all I got was the bagel, so now I am eating a dry bagel before a long shift. Wasn’t even offered an alternative or told sorry we don’t have it in stock. Yeah will not be coming here anymore.

4 out of 5 times I go to this location I am told it will be 5 min for brewed coffee.

Ridiculous for a coffee shop.
I usually settle for McDonald's

For 3$+ for a cup of coffee this is unacceptable. I don't remember asking for 2 tablespoons of coffee grains in my cup!

Convenient location, only the front wall has windows, so it is a bit dark in the back of the store.

Pretty disappointed about paying nearly 9 dollars for a drink I don’t even like. I ordered an Iced strawberry matcha latte with a list of customizations that are suited to my liking. Anyways, I’m not one to complain but as I was reading off this long list that I didn’t think the barista would get wrong because I was talking slow, somehow she did anyways. I asked for 5 pumps of raspberry syrup but didn’t receive any and also asked for 2 scoops of matcha tea powder but only received one which makes a difference in my opinion. My guess is that they were in a rush to close up for Easter but who knows.

First time to this location and extremely disappointed. I got 2 coffee that are less than warm coffee and the staff member gave me attitude as if I shouldn’t have asked for a hot coffee. Said she can’t reheat it or give me a refund instead. Didn’t try or care. Simply rude. Quality and service should not be compromised at such a well know coffee name. Won’t be returning.

The service here was excellent. But there is limited seating and the small bistro-style tables, which I like, are mostly in the poorly lit back of the cafe by the bathrooms and crowds of people waiting for their orders. It made for a not-so-great experience.
