The staff here are the best! Super sweet and friendly! <3

Waitress should be nicer! I asked for an extra caramel, she said rudely another time you need to pay extra charge. I would not mind paying, but I did not like the way she said it for less of a half of tea spoon of caramel.

They now prompt you for a tip at the DRIVE THROUGH. Seriously a multi billion dollar company is asking for a tip when you drive up to the window in your car. Money that won’t even go to the employees.

The person working the drive through on may 16th around 2 was the absolute nicest and made my day, I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing

Best Starbucks in Guelph, staff is always so friendly. Have often received nice messages on my cups making the experience 10/10. When mobile ordering never have to wait long.

A coworker and I had the most amazing experience this morning. Hails was our customer service representative extraordinaire. Her smile and amazing service was phenomenal. We will be back!

I wanted to compliment the servers while I was there on April 19th morning for their resilience and continued kindness.
It looked like something was happening behind the scenes and that several servers had been yelled at before I arrived.
A part of my order had accidentally gotten lost; when I asked about it, they went above and beyond to get me my order. Despite the previous challenging experience, the servers still had a smile, and I know that it is hard to bounce back from.
