Great visit as always despite the busy hour. You guys are doing great in term of customer service as the challenging location. Keep going with the positive energy.

I order my usual grande pike with steamed soy milk, extra hot and they know exactly how I like it. I’ve also ordered the red pepper egg bites a few times - always so good!

Even though it can get so busy at this location, the service is efficient and the quality is top notch I usually receive my order in a matter of minutes! So don’t let the rush deter you! This is my go to location when I’m in the office.

Great Starbucks near Dundas Square, open until 9 pm. Good for mobile ordering, there is room to stand in the queue.

On the 1st floor of the Tenor building (inner shopping mall), and TMU Cineplex classrooms on third floor along with food court. Has a Winner's 2nd floor, and Dollarama/Beer Store downstairs and LCBO across the street. Convenient central shopping location

The barista’s here are the hardest working people I have ever seen! They’re so kind, hard working, and very accommodating. They go through so much considering the location. Give them a raise! Love these guys. Keep it up everyone!

It was a very bad service I waited for 1 drink more then 15 mins I got late for my movie because of that disappointment

At around 8: 40PM Saturday on June 10,2023. The Asian male staff was being very impatient and passive aggressive towards my accent.
I don’t order Starbucks very often, so I didn’t really know how to pronounce “Matcha” in a perfect English. Instead of “Matcha”, I said “Motcha”. The staff instantly frowned and repeated back to me with almost a mocking tone “Motcha? ” as if he didn’t believe what he just heard.
Although I was pretty sure he knew what I meant (how many other products there could resemble the sound of “Motcha”?), he did feel like the need to “educate” me, which would’ve been fine by me honestly if it had been done in a professional friendly way.
This is a very popular spot, and as far as I know many people visiting here don’t speak perfect English just like me. Starbucks’ branding has always been welcoming and inclusive not intimidating, and it should be even more so at a popular spot like this.

But the barista fixed it by adding more cold foam after seeing my confused face. Still good service.

I'm a student at TMU so having a Starbucks in minute walking distance is quite nice. This location is found inside the plaza that gets you on your way to Cineplex, but on the main floor. The staff here are always super polite and nice, and they 9 times out of 10 make your drink to your liking. Abby is one of my favourite employees. She's super sweet and friendly, has cute dangly earrings and cute makeup. I always get the quad grande shaken espresso with soy milk and she always makes it best!

This location can get quite busy but they usually make the drinks fast and the mob slowly lessens as they pump out beverages, food, and treats. Peak times are usually early in the morning before class and all hours that are considered lunch time. It's usually riddled with students. But don't let that deter you! This is one of the best locations I've gotten to experience and I recommend them 100%!

PS there isn't seating anywhere on the main floor of the building, but if you go up the escalators there's plenty of seating up there in the main plaza!

Give them creds, I imagine working at this location is insanely hard to work at. All of the workers are saints!

Conveniently located in the downtown core. One particular barista even recognized my partner's crochet skills. I took that, and his smile, as a big compliment. Great eye dude!

Great staff and services. They’re super fast even if there is line up. I ordered my always to go ‘Caffe Mocha’ it had perfect finish and sweetened enough as I like.

I loved this place. One of my favourite Starbucks location. Staffs are amazing. Even though we were the last customers of the day, they treated us with so much positive energy and provided us great service! Definitely coming back here. Thank you for making our day better!

Slow service! Get more staff working during busy times. Missed trailers of my movie because of slow service!

I ordered ice brown sugare oat skaken esspress and it was all wrong. They did not make the one I asked for it

A million stars for the amazing Heidi that works here! I ordered at the wrong store by accident and Heidi was so kind to honour the order and make me the drink anyway. She was lovely to all the customers in the store (even tho that location is insanely busy always), and the rest of the staff (Abby, Davi, and Pedro) were also so nice and wonderful. This might be my favourite starbucks location!

My absolute favourite Starbucks. Staff are always very pleasant, cheerful, polite and patient.

Customer service is off. I wanted to change my drink to the largest size and the person making the drink got so frustrated. The drink she made was so watery didn't enjoy it at all
