Starbucks

It is always a line up, the ordering and a pickup should be switched.

Very slow service. They can’t accept scan and pay from a phone with no explanation. By far the worst starbucks I’ve been in.

Located in the center of Canada's capital city Ottawa.
The branch is clean, kind and friendly staff (even though they just wanted to close the store).
We took a blueberry muffin and special drinks from the menu.
It was tasty.

Very pricey for what you get and the food is nothing special. Staff is friendly.

Very odd opening hours. I’ve found it close several times mid-day. Hours need to be updated, but it’s very odd to be closed at 2pm on a weekday.
