The customer service is very good when the manager is not there, she is rude, they charged me twice and instead of giving me a solution she did nothing just yell that she couldn't help me and sent me to the bank to solve the problem. Is this the way to treat a loyal customer? Answers like these are what damage a prestigious brand.

What a rip off. They know how to steal money from Canadians. Order clearly said less ice and they still managed to slip in more than half the ice in a Venti.

Service was average ok. The only bad thing was an employee from the kitchen cut me off without said " excuse me" very rude attitude.

Very expensive. And very slow. I’ve never understood why Starbucks doesn’t have or hire another person to make the custom drinks. I’ve never seen a Starbucks with two employees doing this. Also let us put our own cream in again, we’re not going to get Covid from the cream bottle.

You no longer can add your own cream
Makes it more difficult to get coffee to your liking.
Lots staff doing other things but serving.

Friendly staff, clean, modern atmosphere. One suggestion is that they need more seating. If I am paying premium prices for coffee and food, it is because I want to sit and enjoy the place. Will come back for sure.

Upbeat staff, line up at the drive thru is always insanely long in a plaza that’s annoying to navigate. The service in the cafe is usually rather slow.

This location was very slow the day i went and i preordered and arrived at the drive thru after my suggested time. Standard Starbucks food although my croissant was slightly burnt on the bottom which was weird bc i thought they just warmed them in the microwave

My favourite Starbucks location in London! They always make my iced caramel macchiato right, tastes amazing every time:)

It’s frustrating when you place an order for a product/ service and are immediately given the rolled eyes.
To add to that frustration it’s annoying when a barista uses malicious compliance in an attempt to dissuade further orders by taking as much time as possible to complete your order.
Ordering “ pour overs “ beI know it takes time to make, so I’ll apologize for placing an order you dislike to do but I know it only takes up to few minutes to make so when a barista takes the long way around it wastes my time as well as yours. I watched while 5 mobile orders, 5 drive through orders and at least three other customers took priority over making my order in a timely manner. On top of that I watched an employee start a new pot of coffee faster than my pour over was started. (woulda been less labour to just offer the blonde roast I ordered).
I’ll keep ordering those pour overs so long as the service is offered but if the staff is gunnah treat me like a “Karen” for asking my order to be served instead of watching the employee mill about my order I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

They did not have the pumpkin spice. After placing the order we waited 35 minutes (we weren't alone waiting. Also, people that did ordered through their app). Our name did not even appear on the offers that should be prepared. I had to cancel my order and to get refund. Very disappointed! The people were polite and were trying to accommodate everybody (this is why 2 stars instead of 1) but definitely the organisation was not up to par.

20 minutes for a walk-up single coffee order. The need to prioritize a drive thru lane has killed the in-shop atmosphere here.

Inside there is nowhere to sit - it is filled with people standing around waiting for their order which has been de-prioritized in favour of the cars idling through the drive thru. Signage within teases these patrons for not ordering their coffee in the app hours beforehand for a quick fly by pickup.

This is no longer a destination cafe - it is a stop on the way to somewhere else.

Starbucks should be embarrassed this location represents them as poorly as they do. For it being a drive thru, you’d think they’d have MORE staff than a normal location, yet every time I go there, there’s only 4-5 people working, with only 2 of those people making drinks. Wait times take AT LEAST 20 minutes, bare minimum.
