I’m not entirely sure how to even start this review, and I really hate to be “that person” because I totally get working in a fast paced customer service environment isn’t for everyone…which leads me to what I have to say. I always go to the same Starbucks location (daily, 1442 Fanshawe Park Rd, London Ontario, Canada)

I use to LOVE it and made a point to only go to that location, I’m not sure what’s going on there anymore seeing in the last 5 weeks every single time that I’ve gone I’m never given the right drink order, or I’ll order a mobile order and be told they never received it and don’t have it, even though I have proof of purchase and double check the location each time. The evenings are the absolute worst and now I make a point to not go there at all in the afternoon/evenings because the baristas working are either gossiping about their coworkers or their boyfriends. I understand this is likely a fun job but for the love of god please just make a drink the way it’s been ordered.

I use to correct the barista once my drink was handed to me, and now unfortunately I think I’ll just stay home and make my own coffee. It’s truly a shame that this has been happening so frequently, and not just to me.

I’m not looking for a coupon or gift card or anything, I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention that they might possibly rectify the situation and change the environment in that store.

Looks like this location is adapting to the Tim Horton's process of serving their in-house guests. I waited for 14 minutes for the staff of 3 to make a small caramel macchiato. About 20 cars were served VERY fast though in the same time it took to make my order.

The staff never smiled or apologized for the long wait. Also (as per all Starbucks) all tables are full of 20-somethings all in joggers/loungewear and laptops using the free WiFi without seemingly ordering anything. Frustrating. It's like they have set up camp for an afternoon.

Best hit a drive-thru if you need to go here. Don't expect a smile.

Unprofessional staff preparing drinks with expired milk when you tell them they dont understand once they drink they gonna feel sourness

Today I ordered at this location and Steph made me my hot chocolate. I watched her handle multiple tasks at once while making my drink with care and a smile on her face. When handing me my perfect hot chocolate she told me she made it with “extra love” and she made my entire day. Steph deserves the world and she is not only doing fantastically in her position but also connecting with every customer in the store.

I placed a mobile and It took about 20 mins to get through 3 cars before me, then by the time I get to the window they gave me the wrong order. A little frustrating

First time coming here as I recently moved to ontario, and I'm happy to say this was a great first impression for this location. Steph was friendly, kind, welcoming and overall amazing another associate who I didn't get the name of was also great! Talked about work, what our plans were for the evening. Thank you for a Great experience:)

Staff won't be quite at the window they are very chatty like they are supposed to be lol coffees and service always great there no complaints.

I came in to the store last night and I had to mention my wonderful experience. Rowan at the drive thru was so funny and pleasant. She even took the extra steps to putting our pastries and napkins in a bag. Thank you so much!

I have frequented this location for over a year about 3-5 times a week as part of a routine. I have never been particularly impressed with the customer service in terms of wait times. This drive thru was always a bit slower. I always have a very simple order. Just a black coffee.
Today however, will be the last time I visit this location. It was 6: 42 by my clock, I pulled into the parking lot to ensure they were open as drive thru opens at 6. I saw two associates inside. I pulled up to the order panel and waited, there was no greeting of any kind so I pulled up to the window to see if I could let them know I was there in case they had forgotten to turn on the panel. The young man who was working was chatting with the young lady and we made eye contact and he continued to chat. He made no gesture of acknowledgement whatsoever. I waited for another few moments to see if he would come over, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they continued to chat and not acknowledge me. I had to get to work so I couldn't wait any longer and I left.
Starbucks is usually a fantastic place to go and get great service. I'm very discouraged.
