Starbucks

I usually don’t like to write anything but a good review unless something really does bother me.

I recently got a new job in orleans, and this Starbucks is close to work, for 1.5 weeks straight I got a coffee and eggs bites every morning before work. Eggs bites are always good so no complaints there.

The coffee always tastes good, usually tastes the same every morning, small differences here and there.

HOWEVER, why I’m writing this review is that every morning i have coffee grounds in my coffee. The reason this is disappointing is that I’ve been a lover of Starbucks for quite some time and only rarely get that issue, which is nothing to be angry about. But when it’s every morning, at the same Starbucks it’s disappointing especially when it’s not cheap.

I am now ordering from another location (indigo location) 2 mins away and have had no issues, along with second cup, no issues.

It’s disappointing, and I order ahead so there’s no way of really making a comment or complaint, and I only find out after I’m at the end of my drink.

The workers there are usually very friendly and always say good morning, they make nice conversation if I arrive and am still waiting for my items to be completed and are apologetic for the wait. Customer service is usually very good at any Starbucks.

Avoid this Starbucks. While staff are friendly, the lady making the coffee drinks needs to be retrained.

Got the gingerbread latte. Absolutely tasteless! No flavor of espresso or gingerbread! Felt like I was drinking steamed milk.

If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have turned back and asked for a refund.

Location has gone completely down hill. Staff are rude and dismissive, and not the least bit helpful.

Best Starbucks in town. I work in the area and always come by on my breaks to chill. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Shout out to Jem the manager who is so nice and does a great job at making sure the place is always clean and tidy.

Where to start… staff, cleanliness, variety on inventory. All of the above! Super shoutout to Jem the manager, one of the few amazing staff members / managers. Allows myself & work colleagues to stop in on the daily, supplying us with water & anything they can to keep us happy!

Excellent coffee! Staff are very professional and attentive and friendly. They make you feel welcomed. Very clean place. Bathrooms are clean. Free ample parking. Wheelchair accessible. I love coming to this Starbucks.

Very friendly and sociable staff and management. It's definitely my SBUX of choice in Orleans.

I always have a good experience here! Sometimes they are low on a couple of the food options which sucks…. But that is to be expected.drinks always tend to be very good.i came today & ana, who was working cash was very sweet to me and my friend.would reccomend coming here!

All the baristas here are the nicest people, which is a huge part of the reason we keep going back to this location specifically. It’s clean, it’s open and the baristas are accurate with order taking and prep. We were served by Morgan today and she was lovely, chatty and sweet: thanks Morgan, we’ll be back!

Hands down the best Starbucks.unbelievably great customer service, friendly staff, clean store. Just absolutely fantastic, every single time.

I ordered Capp and my sister ordered cold Macha. Mine order was ok, but my sister had the worst experience as it didn't taste like macha at all. She was visiting from Australia and ended up throwing the full cup in the garbage as according to her that's where that cup should belong and the spellings of name on order are always wrong.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of choice, a real treat, when you want to spoil yourself.

Today was National Coffee Day. They were super gracious about giving a free Starbucks Pike coffee.

Friendly staff, seating inside and out. Might be tricky for anyone in a wheelchair, but we managed with a cane and walker. Lots of parking

Nice people but slower then ever anywhere. They get a lot of mobile pick ups and had those orders ready before the only 3 people in store Waiting over 20+ mins for a single coffee. Even with 3 people working. Order via mobile dont go in to order.

I can't start my day without a Starbucks coffee.those in the know understand those who don't need to head to their local Starbucks to find out. Also sign up for the app and collect points towards free merch, coffee and eats.

Today I stopped by to pick up a coffee - I was hoping this Starbucks was a drive thru as I have recently broken my foot, I am casted and am using crutches. The lovely staff member who was working the cash offered to carry my coffee out to my car as I realized I couldn’t possibly carry the coffee and use my crutches. I could have cried I was so happy - it made my entire day and I just want to say THANK YOU.

Rude employees. Letting more than allowed # of people in the store and giving attitude to us who had entered first and were waiting inside for their order.

This was not a pleasant to visit to Starbucks today. Line up system is messy and not understandable when lots of people are in the store. I decided to just order on the app and about 5 people that came in after me got served first. One of the baristas finally saw me waiting for a long while and asked what I was waiting for. I stated a tea and cold brew. She’s said she forgot the name of the order so she just didn’t call it out but it’s been ready for 5 minutes. Never waited 15 minutes for two simple drinks before with 4 baristas working.

Word to the wise: many locations still have Verismo pods, but they're sometimes hidden behind displays like cigarettes. Friendly, helpful staff here, and good attention to details on the order.

Took my daughter there today for a treat and the red headed male server was curt and miserable and ruined the whole experience. Plenty of other coffee places in Orleans to spend my money. Will never go back there again.

My favorite Starbucks in the city. The staff are nice and give you your space if you need it and chat if you want to chat. (there are some exceptions with some staff giving you dirty looks but mostly super nice staff!)

They don't seem to be out of stock all the time which is the case with another orleans starbucks and they don't seem to forget items in you order which another orleans starbucks, different than the first one does.

I also like the seating arrangements.:)

Worst experience at a Starbucks. After 15 mins waiting for my coffee I had to leave. Way understaffed

Service was really slow. I understand that there was a lineup but seemed to take 15 min to get a simple drink.

Friendly service. The staff members are great and love to start conversations when it isn't too busy. Fun place to go alone or with friends. Work, study, socialize

The staff was friendly, polite and efficient. The staff behind the counter were cleaning the equipment so it seems like they care about following store policy. The patrons ranged from young adults to middle aged at the time we were there. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Staff is always great, respectful, and will do what they can to make you happy. Even though some of the customers might make it difficult for them. Props to them.

I go here regularly because I work nearby-the staff is so nice and understanding and it's a very reliable location, plus I always love whatever they recommend for me when I want to try something new!

One of the only Clover Starbucks around. Always a treat. Most times I have been though there are sold out flavours. Just means they're good I guess.

This place is way overrated, the coffee doesn't even wake up. Keep your 5$ coffee im going to McDonalds

Friendly service and knowledgeable staff when it comes to dealing with allergens or food restrictions. I also find they tend to have the newer menu items in stock longer than the busier locations surrounding this cafe.

Good service, can be rather busy. Could have been made a bit bigger. I walk, so very convenient for me.

Does Starbucks intentionally not hire straight white men? Your coffee is good, but I will not go there because of their left wing political views, I have been forced to boycott them cuz of their politics.

Internet, my phone App and the posted hours on the store front all said 5: 30 am today. I arrived with my son at 5: 40 and the door was locked. Both employees saw us and ignored us and kept putting out food and grinding coffee beans. They only opened at 6 after leaving us standing there for twenty minutes and at least 2 other customers pulled up and left. The employees said the hours are at 6 even after I questioned the 5: 30 posting. This used to be my preferred location but won't be any more. Very disappointed in customer service today.

Great place for a nice coffee. Food is delicious. Service is great. Minus one star, not very big and always packed.

I like going to this location, more out of convenience than anything else. The service is very inconsistent. One day it will be amazing, and the next day not so much. Overall, it's still a good place to go and have a cup of coffee.

Five stars for Starbucks their service is unbelievable for the money they pay the people and the service you get

Went the other day, and Emma was serving me. She was very professional and kind. Best experience I've ever had at a starbucks for sure.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. They know me by name now at this point. So I guess I might be biased lol

Great service. Employee made sure I was satisfied. Excellent Starbucks location, they made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Very impressed!
