Starbucks

Firstly she asked me twice if I wanted my cookie warmed, I said “no, thank you” twice.but then she warms my cookie and I chose not to point it out and try it.not sure if it was because it was warmed but it tasted raw. I returned and told her the cookie tasted and looked raw.she doesn’t offer to fix my situation, instead she rationalizes and tells me they don’t bake them. I don’t think I will eat the cookies again!

I don't know Chloe but someone give that lady a raise. She was popping out cappuccinos left right and center today during the largest Starbucks line I have ever seen. All while smiling

The worst location I ever tried. Feel like they forget to put sugar in the drinks taste terrible, always long line but only have few staff. I ordered matcha latte with sweet vanilla cold foam, usually this taste soooo good in other location, this one, taste like nothing but non-sugar milk mix with grass.

Great location. It’s always busy. It’s has a great atmosphere and feel to it. It gets busy. Be prepared for this. Since it’s a mall.

My daughter was at this Starbucks, someone who heard her talking about a cup she wanted, paid for it however she did not know who it was, she talked to the cashier to ask who had paid for it to thank them but the person who paid for it had already left however the manager there or whoever was in charge took the cup away from her and did not give it back since she did not pay for it but someone had gifted it to her… she only wanted to know who paid for her cup to thank them but the manager took it and was rude about it…terrible customer service

Stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to order while staff members just growled at me and made me awkwardly stand there. Rude LOL

I have a soy allergy. Usually Starbucks is really good with this, they sanitize the cup or grab a new, washed one. The lady taking my order insisted she was just going to rinse it. She told the girl making the drink to rinse it, and didn't tell her why. Be more careful!

When you give orders they don’t prepare on time waiting’s are like for 30 mints and worst service

If you order a non-specialty coffee expect at least 5-10 minutes wait. I counted at least 10 ppl get their frappo-this and mocca-that before 4 staff working there got to pour a black coffee into a cup and give it to me.

Ordered mango dragon fruit drink with light ice…after drinking half of the drink i noticed that half of the cup is filled with ice. I didn’t even wanted a refund or to remake the drink as i just wanted to let them know this. But very unfortunate that the lady on tea section was very rude and i didn’t even argue but she was very unprofessional with me.

Very disappointed with the staff as an international student I went there today and no proper treatment at all towards me they did not even called me or write my name and was waiting for my order and they did not even care to ask me why I was waiting for so long so so disappointed

Worst customer service. Been there today i ordered a coffee and the staff were so rude. She didn’t even told me my coffee was ready nor written my name. And was serving everyone. Bro don’t do the job if you don’t want to. Thank you

The place is PACKED always. It will take you at least 20mins to get your drink. It is loud and expect a long line. Also, the drinks are made in a seemingly random order. You'll have people behind you get their drinks before you. Honestly, i'd leave the mall and go to another location.

I was in the Masonville location, there was new people training at cash. I was so impressed by Abray sorry if I spelled that incorrectly. She was training the new associate with such great patience, she was busy getting the drinks and help the new hire at the cash. I asked for a blond roast and they didn’t have any at the time so she suggested a pour over which takes more work and time. Considering it was busy and she was training a new associate, I was so impressed how she was still able to smile and be so positive, she had everything under control and did everything with a smile. It is not often now a days you get service like that any longer. WAY TO GO Abray come and work for me!

The baristas here are amazing and have the patience of a thousand saints. They deal with insane amount of traffic with grace and kindness that I know most people would not be able to handle. Despite the lines my
Mobile order always comes out in a decent amount of time and everything is always delicious!

It was my first time at this location. Regrettably i left unsatisfied. Both beverages i had ordered weren't done right.

The matcha latte had lumps of matcha. I could not drink it. The Pistachio Latte had a burnt like after taste.

Really disappointing considering how much the drinks are. And that i had to wait in a long line to place my order.

The staff made me another matcha latte when i pointed it out. Of which i appreciated. Nonetheless there were many other people unhappy with thier orders show a clear trend.
