This location is outstanding! Each and every employee that I seen working was going above and beyond. Y'all have a great team at this location BY FAR! It's just for that reason I'll be returning whenever I'm able to!

This location (Sheppard +Weston), all employees there so nicest. They remember what customers want.

This manager can't order enough inventory, they need training on better forecasting for featured items. What's the point Starbucks spends millions on advertising on features such pumpkin spice muffins when this location never had enough. They never have any features avail. If they it must be for a day. No other Starbucks is this bad I will email head office with proof

Honestly, the taste of the food was not that fresh and also the service was really bad and they are so slow. They only taking more priority for the drive through order. They don’t care how long you wait. One of the worst location I been to honestly.

This Starbucks is one of the best things about living in the Sheppard and Weston neighbourhood. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They make really good coffee’s and they are always willing to help out with new flavours and coffees on the menu. I visit them almost on a daily basis.

Got an oat americano.first they just gave it with water …second time…no brown sugar in it.

I'm allergic to dairy ok. I asked for no whip cream. They put whip cream and instead of making a new one they gave me the same drink with the whip wiped off. So I'm having an allergic reaction. So thank you verry much for the pain and suffering. You NEED to be more aware of your actions as a service provider. Terrible.

Always a pleasure visiting the Sheppard and Weston location. The entire team is consistent with their excellent service delivery and never fail to serve with a smile which always leaves me beyond satisfied with my interaction each visit.

Special S/O to Ann and Monica who assisted my family (their first time trying Starbucks) and I last Sunday with grace and care!

Overall most of the staff are friendly and professional except this rude Rahu guy who argues over everything. I don’t need the hassle I won’t be going back here because of him I will find somewhere else to get my matcha tea/frappe. Even ordering ahead and just driving through is a hassle with this guy! He doesn’t understand the concept of customer service.

Love the friendliness of the crew here. I come in 4-5 times a week and always feel welcomed. Today, one of the baristas remembered my name before I paid/scanned, and it was a nice touch of hospitality

The best cashier Casandra who I let pick my drink and thank you Kenny because he has the best taste in a drink 10 out of 10 recommend coming here the people here are so kind

Just had the pleasure of being served by Aaron in the drive thru who was just absolute awesome and had the best energy. Made my morning!

Friendly service and they're much quicker now that they've been open for awhile. Daniel and Catherine have really went out of their way to get to know me and I really appreciate the small town vibe at this location.

Me and my siblings love coming here! We love the drinks and delicious snacks here. It’s also near our home that’s why we come here a lot. Can’t forget staff is wonderful!

Starbucks can do better when the drive thru has a long line and one goes inside. I had to wait until all drive thru orders went through before getting my food. I avoided the drive thru because line was too long.
Other places have people to serve you on the inside if you don’t go drive thru. But Starbucks has one person for inside and drive thru. Service can be much better
