Starbucks

So impressed with the availability of the oatmeal at this restaurant.it made my day and i thank the staff there for keeping it thoughout the day!

The worst hot chocolate ever. I'm sorry but it was really horrible. I was told it tasted funny because of the lactose free milk, but I always drink chocolate with that type of milk and it doesn't taste like that. If I worked there and noticed a customer was unhappy, I would change their drink.

However, the snowman cookie was great!

It is a good place for studying fare from noise, and it is the choice for students' morning coffee.

The drinks we ordered Saturday night were good, the girl that made them did a great job, but the other girl at the window was rude as hell when she tried to pass sweetener packets to me when I ordered them in the drinks, then she made a growling sound when I asked what drink it was she handed me as it had no label stating what it was. It is a good thing we only go to Starbucks the odd time, at least the staff at Tim Hortons don't growel at you when you ask what in your drink

I absolutely love this Starbucks, always get the correct order and if they do make a mistake (because they are human) they fix it asap. Plus the staff are so kind and truly Brighten my day

Staff acted like they don't hear what I said. How hard it is to listen that your customer need a bag to carry their 4 drinks in a tray. 5-6 staff working at the same time but need to wait more than 15 minutes to grab your drinks. They prioritize mobile orders while nobody coming to pick them up yet ignoring orders for walk-ins. Ridiculous

Exceptionally slow drive thru. Had to wait at the speaker because the order taker wasn’t ready. Mobile order timelines were not met because of the slow drive thru. Ran out of food, but the barista made it right and I ended up leaving with a smile.

Asked for a penny wise frappachino and show him the picture of a vanilla frap w strawberry purée drizzled on sides.kinda looks like blood. My son wanted one for Halloween vibe. The male turn said snarky “so a vanilla frap w strawberry purée” I said yes …. I got a blended pink frap … I ask to remake … ugh I even showed the picture. Service is so important … especially at those prices.

Prompt service, and always made right. The service from the baristas are the best in Niagara.

Staff is super nice overall! But there's always one cashier that makes a comment about my order.

Not really a fan of Starbucks in the first place, since it's often overpriced for "luxury" food/drinks. This location is decent. I got the hot chocolate, didn't realize it was dark chocolate until I got it and I don't like dark chocolate. The Brownie was really good though and my wife liked the items she got.

Update 2: I now regularly order from this location and there have been some good improvements. I have only had 1 incorrect order in recent memory (to be expected on occasion) and the line ups haven’t been overly unreasonable. There are busy days where the wait is quite long, but now that the orders are correct it’s much less frustrating. Props to the team for working out the kinks!

Update 1: Last 2 visits I received incorrect drinks. Don’t think it’s worth going back and taking chances every time.

Updated review to 4 stars because my last 3 drive thru visits have been very pleasant.

First visit to this location. Extremely rude staff at the pick-up counter and long wait time for a mobile order. Certainly won’t want to pick up in-store again. Hopefully drive thru will be better if we visit again.

We just went in to get an iced coffee because there is nothing open that has good cold coffee door was unlocked and we went in with the guy telling us to leave he's closed but the time on hours on this site says they close at 10 pm we went in at 9 pm nice place if they changed there hours they should update there web page but not sure if they just kicked me out and there still open ether way that was rude and door should of been locked if there closed

I ordered a venti iced white mocha with extra caramel drizzle and substitute sweet cream for milk. They gave me a venti white mocha frappacinno with whipped cream. Someone needs to learn the difference between the two as they are not the same. Very angry

It's your typical Starbucks with friendly staff, reliable options and usually have great stock for at home or togo products

New-ish to Starbucks and me and my fiancé get the same drinks/size each time. We were usually getting the same man at the drive thru window at this location, shorter guy with brown hair. Usually there is a tip option but when we had him it wasn’t there. He had been charging us $15 for the two drinks. We went today and it was a different person at the window and only $13, with tip option still available. So I can only assume this worker was punching in tips himself before customers were coming to the window.

Generally over priced and staff is too busy to show any personality. The three star review is because the digital customer service will make things right if you’re not happy.
