Saw a BOGO offer in the app inbox message, and the offer said it is available in-store, however didn’t get this from this store and was told this is only for US Store, it was quite funny as I have never been to US and set up an US starbucks account. Very Interesting:)

Visited Dec 10.2023 at around12.30.ordered a latte with foam the lady had difficulty understanding had to repeat many times to make sure it has foam gave her 20 cash she told me give me another 20 because didn't like that one so i did, store wasn't that clean i wanted to sit down but all tables were dirty.ok i picked up my drink and drove away the drink was flat and disguising had to trash it and i paid over 7 dollars for it.really upset wont be returning to this location

Avoid. Drive the extra five mins to another one, if you order light ice or no ice they fill half the cup with water. This is supposed to be their Mango Dragonfruit drink and it’s two separate drinks. This happens every time I order here and I only do it when I don’t have time to drive further. It’s disgusting.

Nice cozy Starbucks on the corner of the intersection. Slightly small, and not much seating.

This is usually my go to Starbucks! Typically, I give this location a 4; however, my visit this past week was not the greatest as their customer service has definitely gone down. The tall lady with dark brown long hair was rude (probably one of the supervisors). As a gold member, when asking for a refill they are usually more than happy to offer it as per Starbucks' policy. However, this supervisor mentioned that typically for a refill, "you need to finish it before getting one". I told her if the concern is the extra cup, feel free to top it up instead of giving me a new one. These negative interactions will definitely keep me away from this Starbucks for a while.

Something about this location just makes it a spot. Like most, I've been to Starbucks locations in other cities and including locally. I've even done a case study on Starbucks. And this locations has been the go to meet up place a few times.

Amazing customer service! Cory was amazing, saw her how she is educating customers about getting double the points and advertising with her kindness.

The staff needs carefully listen the order from customer. The reason is that I ordered two drinks but finally I got one. I talked with the staff and he said he forgot to order another for me. And second thing is that the staff told me because of my phone’s problem, I could not get the points for the Starbucks app on my phone. I don’t think that is my phone’s problem! I could get points in other Starbucks using the same phone.

Not only was the barista taking our her frustration on the POS system, onto me and my sister (a fellow barista of Starbucks herself may I add), and also put way way way too much ice in the drink! I frequently stop at the box grove Starbucks, I highly recommend this location.

It's my first time to use my Starbucks app for points and the cashier (Lisa) did not scan it and advised me to do it next time. That is not good customer service.

OMG the filthiest Starbucks I have ever visited with a really bad service from the cashier as well, the video is enough i don’t need to write anything more I guess. (visited on 14 oct 2023 at 3pm)

Just want to use my reusable cup, first they not even give me the discount then said it is only $0.10 and have to refund the whole order from a senior staff member. Then gave me back my cup. I ask can I still use my cup for the order. Why pomo the reusable cup even their staff member do not want to use it.

Food is great, warmed cookie too and coffee next level just find it hard to pay double for the same food from McDonald's or tims (true quality is different) yet in this economy I don't understand how starbucks survives (seeing teens dropped off at high school with starbucks is just wrong

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The vanilla latte is perfect. So is the chai latte, pumpkin spice drinks and more.

It’s always hit or miss but more so miss. Never get the drink order right and they always act miserable when you ask to remake it. Would rather drive further to go to copper creek or Markville.

Recently bought Cinnamon Dolce Latte in Venti size. Really unimpressed by the make the Barista had done. The Barista made it very quick and seemed not putting in the effort to make it better. There was more whipping cream added and not much of the latte which I was disappointed. Other than that the service was very good.

The food and drinks are priced higher than other places.

Bring the prices down, and I'll rate better then.
