Starbucks

I came to this Starbucks just to get some work done, and I went to sit before my drink was ready. I will say that the seating is all hard chairs and no booth seating, if that's important to anyone. I completely missed them calling my drink, and forgot about it for about 30 minutes while I worked. When I went to pick it up, the barista asked if I wanted a new one since it was probably cold, which was so kind of them to offer, even though it was my mistake. I didn't take them up on it, but I thought it was above and beyond. They weren't wearing a name tag, but what lovely service!

Thumbs down to the barista guy at this location. I've been third time stupid to go back for a Chai late. All what you get is a big cup os WATER. He is slopy and needs training or he is trying to save in a product for which we pay so much. Shackles! Back to Tim Hortons.

Service here in the morning gives a good vibes! All of them greeted happily! Such a nice customer service.

One of the worst run locations I’ve come across in Scarborough, making the Starbucks brand look bad, as if things aren’t bad enough already! Hopefully their regional manager can look into why this location such a dumpster fire? Or maybe it’s beyond saving so they’re just letting it burn down.

Always good. Never had an issue. Friendly staff. It’s slow sometimes but that’s the service industry. When they’re busy… they’re busy.

It's public wifi wasn't working, and very few power outlets around the area to sit and plug in laptops. I was extremely disappointed because I drove there to have some good coffee and study.

Parking lot is way too crowded but overall a good spot prefer to go in becaus drive theu is always chaos

Very small amount of seats for such busy place. We were planning to dine in, but due to lack of accokodations, we were forced to find the place outside

Gave me the wrong drink when i was in a need of coffee badly! And the sandwich was not so good as well! Not worth it at all!

Great service and kind friendly baristas. Decent amount of seating inside. The drive through can get backed up at times.

I’ve frequented this location numerous times and have always enjoyed the consistency. After many visits on the weekends, the service is really slipping. Simple communications don’t occur, the mobile ordering pickup has become disorganized, and the employees seem flustered and unfortunately are on the receiving end of customers who’ve lost their patience (I’m not one). Based on these observations over a few weeks, I’m curious why these issues aren’t being resolved at a location that is so high traffic. I’ll be looking forward to seeing how this may change soon.

This is a very cozy place. The cashiers are always nice. There are not alot of people who go there as they go in the drive thru. I've been here many times and this is a 5 star starbucks. I have had cake pops here and they are delicious, highly recommend them. I have also had the strawberry acai drink and it was PERFECT. I reccomend this starbucks to people who like coffee and pastries.

I like the place. Service is good. I used their washroom and it's clean. People there are warm and friendly.

This probably the worse service compared to any other Starbucks my order is never absolutely correct, I have to repeat myself many times when ordering from the drive through, then they butcher my name everytime I only go to this location if I’m already in this area other then that I tend to use the Milner location which is a little further but way better

I do housecalls in this area once a week. I stop in to this Starbucks each time for a drink to take home and occasionally for a lunch item as my drive is an hour plus. 4 times I have tried to have a grilled cheese. These are good at all other Starbucks that I have tried. But here they are not crispy and barely cooked. Today I asked that it be cooked properly. As a result they put it through the oven 4 times. Of course it was hard as a rock. My fault for trying to get it crispy. Perhaps they could have turned it over to crisp the other side? It’s not my fault if your oven is faulty or if you have no skill in making a grilled cheese. And my latte was not hot. I will still get drinks here in the future but not any food. I love Starbucks but this one is disappointing. Sorry guys. You are very nice but I need you to listen to my order properly. And try harder.
