Starbucks

I went there this afternoon after school! I was very hungry and exhausted. I stopped in and wow! It's so big! And so fancy! There's a fireplace! The employee that took my order (unfortunately I don't remember her name) had a very cool name tag and was super nice to me. I got a sugar cookie and a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. The Frappuccino was made very well and was delicious. I sent a photo to my coworkers and accidentally made several of them go to starbucks as well. The cookie was kinda mid but really cute so that makes up for it. My dad liked the cookie. They spelled my name right, and they have a pride flag right on the front counter. Very welcoming environment and going there greatly improved my day.

It's a nice Starbucks but the staff is always great and seem very happy even tho I can imagine it's a pain of a job they get you your coffee fast and even tho they never have to if there is a wait they apologize I think they are all great and they deserve the world

This location isn't my go-to Starbucks if I had to be quite honest but there is this one employee whose always such a delight to talk to! I believe her name is Madison and she's a brunette. Always a pleasure seeing her! Overall amazing customer service though:)

Friendly service but a long wait for drinks. You have to order ahead to not wait 15-20 minutes.

Nice franchise as the servers are very good in nature and are always welcoming the customers.

The Starbucks at Cheapside and Highbury in London was amazing! Felt very welcomed once I walked in, great friendly service and very busy!

I can't understand how a coffee shop can run out of coffee and not make more. And then make you wait 15 minutes later to figure it out and then tell you. It seems to me that it would be better service if they just brewed another pot.
