I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a traveler coffee. Unfortunately, it took an unusually long time for them to prepare it (35 minutes to be exact) Additionally, I noticed that the staff had a negative attitude when we used the term 'take 12, ' which is commonly used at Tim Hortons. It's important for businesses to provide friendly and efficient service, regardless of the terminology used by customers. I hope that in the future, the staff at Starbucks can improve their attitude and provide a more timely service.

The asian barista with glasses was nice to help us with our mobile order. He has the excellent qualities of good customer service. He’s so patient and he makes sure the customers got everything okay.

Bought two cups of pretty summer drinks here. The gentleman who took our order was very courteous and friendly. We love the taste of the drink! It made our day! During this special challenging time, I do wish every customer could understand how hard each small business is and support the good ones instead of killing them.

They are alright but I don’t get why a corporate location closes before they’re listed hours? I came 15 minutes before closing and they didn’t let me in.

Stood in front of the cashier, with no one in front or behind me. Granted there were maybe 3 to 4 cars in the drive thru, but no one in the store, and neither my order was taken or even an acknowledgement that I was there waiting for my order to be taken. Don't go here.customer service is horrendous.

Always come by this Starbucks location with my gf for a quick grab. Staff is friendly and quick! Overall good customer service. Shout out to kamal! Nice to see him at the drive-thru!

I took down my previous review because i didnt wanna be rude but honestly every visit to this location is akin to burning my cash.they put extra ice if you ask for light ice.can’t make any drink properly

Overall nice Starbucks location with friendly staff, giving 3 stars because of a rude supervisor ivan, we were handed off wrong drink at the drive thru and we had to come back and barista was very nice about it. She called her supervisor who looked annoyed to be there and was very sarcastic about the error. They need to train that person on handling conversations, my 5 years old nephew would do better job than him.

I do understand that providing a rapport to customers is a practice to show a happy environment and welcoming atmosphere. The manager should not require the drive-thru attendant to converse with the driver while waiting for the order involuntarily. I do suggest not to provide a forced conversation to customers. All individuals are different, not all customers wants to have a forced chit-chat. Its awkward. I'm a grampy person and I am tired. I don't want to talk to anyone and I don't want to be asked how's the sun and the moon and the weather and my job and my life and what's my plan for today. I am hungry, and all I want is my sandwich and coffee. Please stop it. Next time I visit, I will just say "Sorry No English. "

Usually don't have a problem however this time I ordered from Uber and my Venti drink (which is still sealed at the top) is half full. Called Starbucks 3 times and they did not answer and reached out to Uber who did not answer. For the cost of this drink, I'd expect more due diligence.

Been here a few times and always get friendly service and my order correct.
Drive thru is sometimes long but that is expected at lunch times.

Messed up both my items, and while I understand it was close to closing time it would be nice if you are treated with some care. They didn’t bother to ask for my name before handing me two drinks, one of which wasn’t even mine. And if you don’t have the item in stock that someone has paid for on the app, it is usually good practice to offer a refund, rather than simply substituting a product.

Really poor mobile order experience, tremendously long waits. Coffee consistently burnt and/or tepid, food items not thoroughly heated.

The new manager JC is running this place into the ground. Drinks are never made properly, long waits in store and staff is very unfriendly with a lot of sass. Spoke with him about my incorrect drink he personally made, was rude back. Avoid this location, go to the one on Mainstreet and Highway 7. They make drinks perfectly and have exceptional service.
