Doesn’t have dine-in. Drove here to work while I waited for an appointment to find a store with zero tables. Super disappointing

On a snowy Friday night our barista was amazing and friendly to my daughter and me and the drinks delicious

This location is one of the locations I visit often. Grace had prepared my drink for me and me being an observer I had observed her way of making my drink, she had made my drink exactly how I wanted it start to finish. She even topped up on the caramel and mocha drizzle after the white mocha was added and made the initial toppings mixed in. I appreciate her for that! I’ve gone to different locations days after my visit, I had ordered the same drink same exact way, end result it was not exactly how Grace had made it, she basically had set my expectations for other baristas to be on the same level but I guess not. Keep up the great work and serving your customers! Will be visiting again and hope that Grace and or one of her colleagues will be making my drink again the exact same way! Starbucks has a great barista (Grace) working for this company!

Most disorganized Starbucks! 2-3 staff during rush hours, average wait time is 20 minutes. Drinks are wrong more often than not, and sometimes give you half cup. Pre-order takes even longer than going in to line up. Would give zero star if I could.

Horrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes for the order on the app, but was told that couldn't get the coffee I wanted！I'm too tired to go to this coffee shop again！！

Do you know what's great about this (and many other) locations? That they removed all seating. It was instrumental in me taking my business elsewhere. For good!

The wait times here for mobile orders are ridiculous anytime I’ve gone. Always takes min. 15-20min

HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Mobile order 10 minutes in advance and still wait another 20 minutes, even with very few customers in store. I understand being busy but this location is SLOW anytime I’ve ordered there. Not to mention some baristas are rude and don’t acknowledge their customers, or you ask for something and they walk in the opposite direction. Avoid this location if you’re in a hurry or just want to be on time.

The two ladies that work Saturday morning are amazing. Very patient, sweet, kind and have such great postive attitude at 6: 45am!

If you want to order ahead online and just pick it up quickly this is not the place.always they have delay for online orders.and today the staff was so rude. I must add I have a toddler and I always order ahead online to pick up when I get there and it always end up with waiting as I order at store.defienetly not recommend order online in this store as some of the staff also not friendly at all.
