Absolutely abhorrent racist behavior from the server. He was nice to my white colleagues but had bad tone with me. Starbuck, take some action please.

I got a drink from this location, and the barista ekta was very helpful in helping me choose a drink! Great customer service!

I ve been going to this location for a while. It’s generally been good, but the last few times I received exceptional service from Sara. She was kind, positive and made this location stand out a lot more for me. Thank you for making this day a better one!

This location is super slow. The drive through took me over a half hour to get through. Wouldn't recommend to go here if you have plans after because you'll be late.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Drive thru takes 15 minutes on a good day.

I always order mocha cookie crumble or either it is java chip.that’s my all time fav from Starbucks

This Starbucks location was the only space in my community that provided a place for people to gather, have meetings with friends and get work done! These places are already few and far between in the suburbs and I can't help but feel robbed after they renovated and removed the entire indoor seating area.

Barista named “Ali” was at the end of her shift, asked for my name but didn’t bother putting it on the order. Sandwich was paid for but never came. Waited 25 mins just to get nothing.

Awful Customer service, I ordered an oatmeal at drive thru, the gentleman took my order and i proceeded to the window, which took a very long time, when I arrived at the window he charged me for my oatmeal, and 5 minutes later told me they didnt have any oatmeal. He then provided no solution except a refund. When he did the first transaction (1st refund) it was less than I originally paid. Then he did another transaction and the total still was less than I originally paid.
When I go look at my bank account, the gentleman charged me instead of giving me a refund. Meaning i paid $9 for nothing but a waste of time!

With the new renovation they got rid of the tables and chairs. Now, it just looks awkwardly empty.

Absolutely disgusting!
I stop at this Starbucks location at least once a week to grab some drinks & treats, but while using the bathroom this time I was baffled at what I saw was provided as soap to customers. This is absolutely disgusting & unsanitary, makes you wonder how often they don’t do bathroom checks. When informing staff & they could say was “ohh, will get to it”, no apology nothing. It’s boy like they were busy with only 4 customers in the store. The food & drinks are always good but time the bathroom gave the store a new low

Celine was very pleasant and kind.made the environment feel homey and welcoming. Drinks were well made; she balanced making the drive thru and in store drinks well.

I wish I could give zero star. For the first time Starbucks location, specifically this one is not up to the full expectations. I don’t know why it has 4.1 ratings. Waited in in long line in drive through for almost 15 minutes only to here they don’t have it.

Visited from Vancouver and this location was very warm and welcoming for my morning coffee. Great service from Celine, made coffee well and nice conversation.

Always had a good service and experience in this location. Love the fact that it's right inside/beside Chapters.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in my opinion. How do you hand me a black coffee with no sleeve? Each time I pass by there is always something. Service is definitely not the 'Starbucks' way.

This is my local Starbucks and they never disappoint. I always stop by to get a LATTE or wraps for breakfast which btw are awesome.

The main reason I visit this location is for the drive-thru option. It's a little bit of a wait, but it's nothing that a good playlist can't remedy. When you to the window the service is just as great as going inside.

Just came to this starbucks location and haven’t had a better experience at a starbucks yet! The worker at front Zain was so kind and catered to all of our needs. The company needs more people like him! Thank you Zain and Starbucks for such a great experience.

Although they have been extremely busy, they have not made any errors on my order. If I'm in that area, I'm certainly going to go back. The shop was neat and welcoming.

Heavily understaffed and make you wait a really long time in order to get your order or even talk to you in the drive thru

Love the staff and the drink quality! 4 stars because the drive-thru line can get a bit ridiculous!

You can be in line for 15 minutes.

They need to work on this, because it's almost daily.
