Customer service sadly is a dying art however every time without failure. Faisal over-delivers on customer service. Attentive polite he really emanates the coffee shop vibe which really makes the place welcoming:)

Staff is always nice and prompt. The service is fast too.

A tip - if you are going in the morning it’s better to place your order online in order to avoid a long queue

Blonde girl worker super rude to me and my friend. We stayed 2 minutes past closing because there was a snowstorm outside and we were waiting for a ride. Closes at 9 and we were leaving at 9: 02 because conditions were dangerous to wait outdoors. She pulls me aside as I’m leaving, almost out the door, and says rudely “HEY, can you try to be on time next time? ” and gives me a nasty glare. I completely understand you want to go home but I’ve been working retail jobs for several years and have NEVER taken my anger out on a customer for staying an extra 1-3 minutes past closing, especially when there’s a dangerous blizzard outside that is out of THEIR CONTROL. Yes, it’s inconvenient, yes, you are tired, but have some freaking respect. Will be supporting Third Line location from now on. This worker is super unprofessional and I noticed another review with a similar complaint about her.

Was just at this location at 12pm with my support animal, was told dogs are not allowed in the cafe. After explaining he was a support animal the gentleman asked me to go to my car to provide my documentation for his review. Not only is he not legally allowed to ask to see these documents he was rude about the entire interaction and asked another individual in the store about their support animal as well. Some training on rules and privacy of customers should absolutely be respected and given.

Great location. Walkable for most. Starbucks team are welcoming and take time learn the names of regulars. Drinks are on point, shortages of ingredients are sometimes a challenge.

I believe the girl working the drinks was named Sydney- she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly fast and pleasant

Workers were fast and efficient to get my order done in a timely manner even though they had many customers lined up.

Amazing customer service, the girl at the counter with the lovely earrings was so sweet and the gentleman who gave me my mocha frappe was so nice! This Starbucks really put a smile on my face! Will be back!
