Very efficient and friendly staff. My fav downtown location. There's no seating at this location. A grab and go place.

Had the best experience in this Starbucks. Louis who attended to my order is amazing. I bought 3 pistachio lattes and my mom didn’t like it (although my husband and I, liked it). I went back to get her a simple latte and Louis was very nice and considerate. He asked if something was wrong and how he can make our experience better. Not only that he showed empathy but he also didn’t accept Payment for the coffee. To the Starbucks manager, If you happen to read this, Louis is exceptional. He so deserves a pay raise. To Louis, if you ever read this! You are a Gem. Never change.

Everyone so kind when I come. Know my order. Love the girl with the funky voice - great positive energy in morning. Quick service and super friendly- how Starbucks should be.

I come here eveytime since it is close to my class, and eveytime I would order Venty ice brown sugar skaken oat esspress and for 3 times they gave me an ice oat latte and for 2 times they even did not shake the ice brown sugar skaken esspress. And they did not add the sugar. Plus the Service is so slow and they do not make the right order

Every time I enter the store and Fari is there my day is instantly made. Her voice sounds like music and she is so nice and friendly and we always have the best conversations.

My drinks are always made to perfection and taste so amazing, and I always feel very welcomed by her.

Truly the best barista i’ve ever had.

It was raining outside, and I visited alone for my coworkers. I ordered several drinks through the app, so I asked the staff if you could give me a bag when I visited. She told me that I ordered drinks, and there was no bag for drinks. But I saw many paper bags hanging behind her. So I asked back how I could take all of these. But she just looked at it as if she didn't know it. Did she not know it was raining outside? Or did she just hate me? I asked her kindly, but all that came back was unfriendliness. She was looking at me with a pathetic look when I was trying to figure out how to carry the drinks alone in front of her to get back to work. She was the most unfriendly staff I've ever met. I don't want to see her next time.

Slim chance I’ll be coming back. Come here as a tired university student at 8 am, and a worker with a high pitched voice standing there yelling loudly shouting out ppls names as if the baristas aren’t capable of that themselves, having extremely loud conversations with customers I couldn’t even hear my music through my AirPods bc her voice. It’s 8 am, people are tired, no need to be yelling that early.
Food and drink were good, lady taking my order was polite and good worker, just this girl needing to shout at everyone instead of talking normal is enough to make me not come back.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. So rude for no reason, so stingy, just ridiculous. This is specifically from nikki and the girl with the high pitched voice.
