$8 for a cup full of ice and about 200ml of pineapple juice. Can I get my money back?

Today I ordered a drink online. I am a very Loyal Customer. They messed up my drink entirely. I feel betrayed. I’ve been at home cleaning all day, and all i asked for was a little respect, i thought ordering a starbucks drink would make my day better. It did not, they filled my cup three quarters full of cold foam and they only put one quarter of Strawberry Açai. This is what I really ordered
Trenta Strawberry coconut with no Ice, BLENDED, 2 pumps of vanilla, vanilla cold foam and no strawberry inclusions. They gave me a strawberry açai NOT BLENDED with 3 quarters of the cup filled with cold foam. I am very displeased with how my drink was made. I expected better, especially cause my drink cost 11$. I ended up using my points to get it free. 200 points= 200 Dollars. I ended up wasting my points on a drink that was not properly made. The drink made me throw up, I thought to myself maybe some of the drink was in the cold foam, it was not. It was all cold foam. I will be happy to provide photos if needed. Please make this up to me, will not be going here again.
