Starbucks

My friend and I came to enjoy a coffee and dessert. We were greeted by this magnificent, vibrant lovely lady Patrice. When she smiled she literally lite up your shop. She was kind, polite, helpful and there was just this presence from her of loving what she does and being with the public. I needed to share as I feel there is never enough of the good. Patrice if you get the chance to read this, thank you for making our day that much bright

The staff is terrible. I visited just now and ordered a strawberry matcha oat with cold foam and it looks DISGUSTING and I don’t even see the cold foam (I picked up the drink within a minute so it should go down that quick). I asked why is the matcha powder like that and she was like “oh even if we shake it it’s like that”. I also work at Starbucks and I know the powder won’t melt entirely but it shouldn’t look that bad either. It’s you not having the skill girl. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE.

They refuse to turn on the heat at this location. My wife and I stopped going because we were tired of freezing our butts off. It's obvious they don't want customers to stay.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday. All the stuff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make you day better. I love the atmosphere there too, is a good place to meet with friends or work meeting. Even the customers that go there are very friendly. Definitely one of my top Starbucks location.

Most friendly staff ever. Good location. Store is nice and cozy for the winter season. Definitely coming here more often!

All the staff working the night shift after 4 pm on Wednesday, November 30th seriously deserve some recognition for their amazing customer service. I was so impressed with how friendly these staff members were, and how they were genuinely happy to help. Literally, every person was great, thank you!:)

I stop here before work around 6: 15am Monday - Friday for my coffee and breakfast. The staff are amazing here, super friendly and welcoming. The drinks are always made perfect. Overall, great location.
