Wonderful and friendly staff, delicious coffee, the perfect start to the day!

I place a mobile order that inexplicably defaulted to another location (I should have double-checked before clicking order, but I had looked the drink up five minutes prior and was conversing while ordering). I had already ordered the same drink again when I suspected I might get some sympathy (someone at my table was given a free drink), so I told the barista my situation, and she said she would get me a refund for my second order at this location (since I had to wait I went back to my table and had forgotten all about it when she reminded me). I was very amazed and grateful. Apparently from previous reviews every staff member here is awesome but in my case the credit goes to Cass.
