Very busy location. Took much longer than expected for my beverage to be ready. Staff were very friendly.

100% needs a larger location. No where to sit down and very busy spot. Clean as it can be. Needs a good reno or new full location. Staff was nice, very good. I think if Brent didn’t have to buzz people in for the washroom, life would be better. Lol overall it was a to go Starbucks.

This one guy Scott, looks like he couldn't care less and was extremely rude to me. This place has never gotten my order right. I've been here 3 times and I always say no cinnamon powder in my shaken espresso and they always put cinnamon in my drink. The staff will rush you. They say "Anything else? " instead of asking if I need any customization. The business seems classy but the staff seem to be bringing down the name. Thought it was hard to work there but ig not? Really disappointed.

One of my favourite Starbucks. The baristas are very kind and hardworking and work well under pressure! Scott always greets me with a smile. Keep up the good work.

It is pretty sad that a bad service kills a business! I went for a coffee but I wanted to try a different flavour so I was taking the time to check the screen options but the person who was getting my order impatiently and very rude looked at me so I ended up ordering the same regular black coffee! So the staff lacks about customer service skill! Plus the place was very dirty to sit in there to enjoy my coffee

They now have a charcuterie tray; meat and protein. Yay. Since I'm gluten free and keto, this addition will be perfect for many of us. Although, Starbucks needs to keep more in stock as they've told me 2x now they were out. All you gluten free and keto people, don't eat the little baked Pretzels though. Only eat the meat and cheese which tastes surprisingly fresh.

These guys are the best! They are the first to tell me why the app was reverting to incorrect orders. And I'm so glad they figured it out. I only wish they weren't so busy all the time. But obviously there's a reason for that.

Mobile ordered and it took 20 minutes to get. I asked for the honey citrus mint tea and she put milk in it, I didn’t notice until I left. I am lactose intolerant, there isn’t supposed to be milk in this tea.

This location is really quick with mobile orders!

Update in 2023: I went there this evening (march) to do some work and grab a coffee and realized this place has NO seating at all. I immediately turned around and went to another location up the road (which is always busy and now I know why). At this point why have a store? Just create a takeout counter

What the heck, give this team some in-store seating so they can have customers in there. They're lovely people, but I'll never buy from them, maybe once a year, because I can't sit indoors and do my work.

I drove 20 minutes to run errands in the area and needed to sit in. One barista kindly explained to me where the wonderland x commissioners location was so I can sit in store, but I don't need that place, unfortunately - it's an absolutely awful store from my experience and also my errands were near the other one.

PreOrdered my drink. Got to the store and waited about 5 more mins for the lady to finally acknowledge me and she goes oh we can make your drink we are out of decaf coffee. Then why was I able to order. Was told oh we can make it regular. I said can’t have the caffeine. All I got was a oh no sorry. Just go to the register and get your refund. Get there and the guy had the sticker in his hand and still only refunds me for the drink. Not the extras. I was late for work after all this with no coffee.
This is not the first time I have had a problem. They ran out of almond milk for like 3 days then there was the sugar free syrup they ran out of. Plz address these issues.
Also another time I ordered she forgot all about my egg bites again had to wait.why am I having to wait when I pre order and why on earth are you running out of decaf coffee.come on Starbucks DO BETTER!
Attitude is also not welcome. Most oh the workers are wonderful but some not so much

I love a free drink on my birthday. Everyone in the store (and even the car ahead of me in the drive thru) wished me a happy birthday. Starbucks baristas are almost always upbeat and friendly.

It is absolutely appalling to me that they serve their employees before serving their customers. I went in to order as I was in a hurry and drive thru was busy, to order my drinks was very fast however waiting for my drinks to be made took quite a long time. It’s morning and I understand everyone wants their coffee, I’m more than happy to wait my turn, however seeing the barista make mobile orders for their own employees who come from behind the counter to grab the drink and go back behind the counter seems more than a little ridiculous to me. 3 times this had happened before I got my order. The staff is very friendly but the customer service above employee service leaves something to be desired.

No indoor seating at this location anymore. Disappointing. Recently renovated and I guess that involved removing all seats. Too bad for a coffee chain that promotes and encourages a sense of community and connection. Instead they cater to the people coming to shop in the surrounding stores. Very inconvenient when showing up to meet a friend for a coffee and having nowhere to enjoy that coffee with them.

In the warmer months I would hope they have their patio set up, but who knows, I never expected to walk into a seatless Starbucks, especially in such a busy area of the city.
